I have had yearly service with them for 5+ years. They always do a great job.

It was good. The work was pretty basic. I don't know about the quality because I'm still waiting for the results.

I called them, they came that day. They not only got rid of it, but took it away with them which was pleasant. They were very nice. They said for us to stay in the house with our dog the rest of the day because the angry hornets would be coming back and upset that we had removed their home, understandable but I don't care. The price of the service was well within range of what I could pay. This was the second time we called them for a hornet's nest.

We were quite happy with their service. We've used them for more than one occasion.

He was just finishing when I got home. He told me that the house would need to be redone in the spring, as that time is even more effective. He was prompt and courteous, and I will use this service again.

We have used A Action for several years and they have always been very reliable. The people are courteous. They arrive when expected and do a good job. No complaints at all.

The very friendly people where a big help in getting rid of the critters. The came when they said they would, explained everything they would do, and did very profesional work. When they left, the service man closed up the location where they where getting in, so they would not be coming back. I recomend these people, they are very profesional and courtisy.

The tech that came out was very nice, showed me possible sources, made suggestions to eliminate the sources, one involved moving fire wood from against our house, and then sprayed the entire perimeter of the house as well as the ant hill the small ants were coming from in our front yard. To be sure everything was dead, two service calls is their protocol and they came out to treat again, even though we hadn't seen any signs of ants. I was glad to have the second treatment, just to be on the safe side. I would definitely use A-Action Pest Control again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were great. They were fine. They were very pleasant and professional. They took care of what they needed to do. I actually purchased more from them based upon their recommendations so I paid extra. I was very happy with them. They even went above and beyond and placed some in the garage because they noticed that the weather stripping on the garage didn't quite meet the floor in one area. I thought that was very considerate of them.

Everything was excellent! On the first contact they told me they could take care of my problem and gave me a fair cost estimate. They came out on the day promised and set traps in my yard. We worked with A-Alert for a couple months and ended up trapping many animals including raccoons, skunks, and opossums. Doug came out daily as required to remove animals and check the traps. He was very professional and informative and had respect for our property. On many occasions I had interaction with the office staff and they were also friendly and professional. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

The inspector was very thorough, and explained everything he did. Even though one mouse had been spotted in the fireplace vent, the inspector explained that there were no signs of mice anywhere in the house, and said that it wouldn't make sense to set up traps. I appreciated that - I think some exterminators would go ahead and charge for setting up a bunch of traps. He also said that with two cats in the house, if we had a mouse problem, we would have seen the cats running around with mice in their mouths. Eww. I also asked the inspector to take a look at a nest in a tree, and it turned out to be hornets. He put on the bee suit and removed the nest. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Wonderful! Really knew what they were doing and explained how their method would work.

This was the second time they came out to spray. I called because our finished basement was getting some crickets and spiders. They came and sprayed and the problem was gone. The cost was $100. I was told they would call in about two weeks and check to see how things were doing with the bug problem. I was aware that they dont guarantee service until the second spraying. I was awaiting their call and it never came. The spiders were starting to come back again. I called them after a month and they promptly came out. They sprayed my entire three story home this time and the cost was $75. I did not see any bugs anywhere in the rest of the house but let them spray anyway just in case. I am very pleased with the service and the price. They are very professional, prompt and courteous. I asked that they come back about every month and make sure my home is free of bugs. They do not push services on you and only do what you ask for. I would recommend their services to anyone that asked I love dealing with family owned companies and not big chains, I feel like you get more personal service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. We weren't thrilled with A-Action. We just don't think they were necessarily all that thorough. I think they just threw a couple of day traps on different sections of the attic and not much beyond that. They did spots and access points in the basement but overall, it just didn't seem like all that thorough. They came out shortly after I booked it. The response time wasn't an issue. They scheduled it pretty timely. There was an additional charge because we signed up for some sort of ongoing thing with them. After that first payment, we canceled their service. Based on what we needed that they had done, we didn't feel they were being all that thorough so we just canceled it. We're not going to use them again.

Called for a quote for new service. Had to leave a message on answering machine during normal business hours. Outgoing message says they will call back within a few minutes. By the time they bothered to call me back 2 days later I had already contacted Terminex, who actually answers when you call. I'm all for supporting local business, but only if their service is on par with national companies.

Very prompt and punctual service. Fred was also very friendly and helpful. This is a small family business that you can rely on.

Adam and Joe were Awesome, professional and friendly. I HAD A GREAT experience and asked to sign on as a regular customer. Excellent and went far beyond expectations.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The service was okay. The issue I had was that it was done as a Big Deal and looking back at the Big Deal if you read it carefully, there was much of a distinction between coming out and looking at it and saying here are some problems and coming out and fixing them. I don't think it was well explained when you cross that boundary by the person that was there. He was a nice guy and I don't know if he did it intentionally. They solved the problem but it's like you cross the line from this $39 service to a much bigger commitment without really realizing it wasn't made clear that you are crossing that line. When I went back and read the Big Deal I said, Okay what they're really just offering is the first part of it and everything else beyond that constituted additional services which you didn't really understand that was what will happen at the time it happened. They fixed the problems and towards the end you're okay but it was just a bit of a shock. If I just look at the services, it was outstanding. They were responsive, they came out, they did what they said they were going to do and killed the problem. The way the Big Deal got integrated into additional services, that wasn't clear that that was happening at the time it happened. I don't know if they consciously did it and maybe they assumed that I understood where the departure point was and what the additional cost was going to be but that was never discussed. They didn't really discuss what the additional service was and the price for it. They charged me more than the price for the Big Deal. I felt I was taken advantage of because they didn't say those were additional services.

We were pleased with his report since he couldn't find anything amiss. He certainly didn't try to sell us any services we didn't need and I would definitely hire him if and when we do have a problem.

The guy who came out was very good. He seemed very knowledgeable and very friendly. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He did not seem to rush to do anything. He took his time and tried to find where the problem was originating. He explained to me the whole process and procedure. He has to come back to finish the job in two weeks so he did not charge me when he first came but when comes back, it would be $225. The price was a little high but he was good. Let us see what happens because he set up a bunch of traps.

Service provider was courteous and on time, provided detailed explanation of what he was doing and whether it was poisonous to children or pets, and how to clean it from the floor and when it was ok to remove.

This is the second year we have call on A-Action for a whole-house spray. Last year, we had some very stubborn wasps nesting under our garage eaves, and A-Action returned as often as I called to report that the wasps were rebuilding which was most of the summer. (This is part of their service when you purchase the whole-house spray service.) So this year, I called early to beat the wasps, and, so far, there is no nesting activity. The owners live in my neighborhood, and I am so happy to support this local business. I cannot say enough good things about A-Action and will continue to call on them for our anti-bug needs. (P. S.
