They were fantastic. There were no unexpected issues that occurred during their visit. They came out five times already but it was not a contract agreement for pest control.

called and they came out the same day - we had a problem with ants they provided service - one time service with angie discount 175.00 the next day we did see ants and called them to report they will be coming out again in a few days they ended up selling us on a package so they would come out each 1/4 for service

I think they are a little expensive. The guy that came out was very good. I'm not a 100% thrilled because of the price.

The maintenance work was handled efficiently and quickly as the process has become more routine and activity has dropped significantly. I attribute this somewhat to the cold weather taking hold but in large part because of their work and know-how to address a problem and then put preventative measures in place.

They have an exterior wasp treatment where they guarantee no wasp nests on your house for the summer. This is the 2nd time we've had it and it has significantly reduced the amount of wasps in our outdoor areas making our summers more enjoyable. We have been very happy with this company and their service.

The inspection went well. Their analysis determined I had bat feces in the attics. They explained why it was bats, and where they were infesting the house. I argued that it might be mice. They insisted I did not have a mouse infestation. They said the procedure was to cage entrance points such as the attic fan, dryer vents, and other locations. Then they would set up "exclusion" exits that prevented the re-entrance of the bats. I mentioned the necessity of cleanup of feces in the attic. They said they routinely replace insulation as a part of remediation. They also said my attic was way under insulated. They said the exclusion process would take several months. They were completely correct on all parts of analysis, remediation, and insulation. They quoted $1,500 for the job. So what happened? I mentioned that I had mold in the attics and needed to have it remediated. I explained I wasn't sure why the mold was growing as the attic is adequately ventilated with soffit vents, baffles, and roof vent and I needed to understand what was causing the mold and how to correct it. They said they would do the mold remediation. This surprised me. I was concerned about having mold remediation performed by an exterminator. How would they determine what was causing the moisture and mold? How would they remediate it? In my mind I needed the help of a mold remediation contractor. I said I would have to think about it. Their office called later and I said I was still thinking about the project. I mentioned the mold to the woman who called. She jumped on it and said they do mold remediation all the time. I said something to the effect you are Exterminators and experts in mold remediation? She said yes. I felt she would say yes to anything I mentioned. This made me uncomfortable. I think they are experts in their field. I would recommend them. I think they are professional. I also think they are very eager and would say yes to anything even if they do not seem qualified. I will admit this may be my misperception. Perhaps exterminators do mold remediation. I was confused about the bid, what was included, how they could do mold remediation, what would that cost? When I feel uncomfortable I say no. That's what happened.

I called the A Action Pest Control after having their bee and pest service done for the summer. However, with fall around the corner, I noticed more and more bee's in the area of one of the top windows and several bees had come into the house. Please understand, I have a house full of women AND THEY WERE FREAKING OUT!!! So I called AAPC to come back out and see if they could take care of the problem. The first call I think I talked to Cheri who was MORE than accomodating. Cheri assured me she would get some one out to check the problem and see if it could be fixed. I was told no one needed to be at the house upon their arrival and they would let me know if there was an issue. I was later told someone came out and they didn't notice any beehives and all should be good. However, days later I had more bees in the house and the ladies in the house were FREAKING OUT again. So now with the pressure of the ladies freaking out and the boss (my wife) all on my case, I called back and spoke with another lady at AAPC. Needless to say, I was not too nice or too happy with the results. Now you would think with my tone...and I was a real jerk,...the ladies would have shut down, but they maintained their composure in the line of fire and even made me calm down. I was told they would send someone else out to meet with me so I can DIRECTLY show them where the bees where coming from. The next day the ladies who were filled with patience called a exterminator out but somehow our times got crossed and my wife stated she never heard the door bell. NOW I WAS FURIOUS!!! However, once again the ladies kept their composure and told me they could send a driver out the first thing in the morning to assist me. I was once again A HUGE JERK (but I was under a lot of pressure from my ladies). Christi stayed calm, never gave me ANY attitude and was just polite and courteous as she could possibly be. (which amazed me...did I say I was a real A__Hole?) The driver arrived early the next morning EXACTLY the time I was promised. Now I originally went out very angry and then after meeting the driver/exterminator I understood this was a guy who knew his job!! Though he looked like he was all of 15 he had the knowledge of a entomolygists. He helped me to understand the ways of my bee issue and whether he saw bees or not, he put on the bee suit and climbed his ladder and sprayed the entire area. (visuals work really well with my ladies) ; ) Since this time, we have not seen any bees and peace is back in my home. I really thought the way the entire staff handled me at my worst was incredible. Not only that, but they didn't charge me at all for the work. I know most customers don't acknowledge their fault when dealing with vendors but I know I was a HUGE JERK. AAPC didn't have to deal with me or my attitude and they did it with grace, honor and extreme ability for their jobs. From the customer service, to the Baby Face Bee Assassin, they were outstanding. I will definitely use them again and I will never call with the same A__hole attitude again. I guess the question is...will they accept me back?? I love AAPC and they are forever my pest control company!!!!

I was hoping the solution the provider put in place was permanent. It only lasted a year. I don?t want to have to call them back each year.

All went well. Think we have this under control. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner.

Service is great from start to end. The office is always pleasant and accommodating when scheduling appointments. I have used another pest control in the past and have received better service with this company for the same price. I have had them out to my house for multiple pest issues but my most recent was for ground bees and wasps. All the bees and wasps which were in multiple locations were gone with in a day. It was great to be able to walk in my yard and go in the front door again.

I live out of town and my tennant complained of the earwig infestation. I felt confident that the work was completed in a professional manner per my tennants comments and my conversations with the office staff and the Technician. The appointment was made in a timely manner, the Technician arrived on time, was informative to my tennant and per my request: called me concerning what he did and why while he was still at the house. The staff was willing and able to work with me 'long distance' with a variety of technologies so they are up to date with all the newest communication tools.

They honored my Angie's List coupon. They came out when I wasn't here and left a note in my mailbox. They were very good and helpful.

The initial contact over the phone was very professional - I was told that a service provider would be dispatched to my home the same day (which was quite unexpected). The technician, Travis, arrived right on schedule, explained the process that he would be using to deter the bees from building a nest and then took care of the problem. The service was prompt and professional.

After three times out to check trap caught nothing but smell remained. Finally climbed under deck and removed dead skunk

Fantastic! We live in a rural area that doesnt provide mosquito control. Prior to the spray, our yard was unusable because of the mosquitos. 3 weeks after treatment and we are stillmosquitofree.

First time, person didn't show up or call. Apparently it was a misunderstanding. Second time, he was late, so couldn't do thorough complete inspection, but he set bait stations in the likely areas. It seemed that somehow mice got up in the drop ceiling in the finished basement and had made nests up there, so in the process of inpecting and setting the traps, a large mess was made, which I had to clean up. That was fine for me, but an elderly or squeamish person might not be able to do this. He explained the plan, which was for using the poison bait. The mice will crave water after eating it, so they will exit the house and die outside. And the placement of the bait stations will show which areas they are entering or living in. He needed to return in a week or so to check on things. Again, he was quite late, which really messed up my schedule, and I felt that a thorough job was not done, since it was a rush. The third and last visit, I purposely scheduled for first thing in the morning, so he wouldn't be running late. This time, I had a potential buyer's son with me, as he wanted to talk to the exterminator and make sure everything was OK before his parents bought the house. Again, a no-show, no-call. The office lady did get a hold of the exterminator and he eventually called and then came out. Everything was OK and the problem seemed to be solved. They were encouraging us to buy a plan where they would visit every so often for a fee, but we did not buy the plan. The man was nice and seemed knowledgeable and capable. The schedule and lateness were the problem. I don't know how the price compares with average.

Their representative was really friendly. He is a good guy. He is also skilled and personable. Their price is not spectacular but it is fair.

Adam, the technician, showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of the attic and the outside of the house. He explained that the materials were from a bird and quite old. The apparent point of entry seemed to have been already sealed up. Since he didn't have to do much, he cut the normal inspection fee in half. He was very professional and did a nice job explaining what he'd seen and made a couple of other recommendations of things I might do in the future. I graded them a little lower on responsiveness only because it was a little hard reaching someone to make the appointment. I was travelling and called from an airport and got an answering machine (during normal business hours). I left a message but nobody had called me so I had to call them again the next day. Other than that minor annoyance, I was very pleased with the service and would use again.

Called A-Action Pest Control after seeing the positive reviews on Angie's List. After our very brief warm spell we were seeing increased activity of Boxelder bugs gathering on our windows. Fred came out, treated the exterior perimeter of the house. Fred was on time, very knowledgeable, and super friendly. This is a family owned & operated business and it is evident by Fred's superior service. I will use them again for preventive services and recommend them every chance I get.

Fred is rally nice and looks like he is doing a thorough job. We have notice way less droppings since the baits have been put in our house. We are considering using you guys if we have the ant problem we seem to have every spring, and possibly the wasp problem. Thank you!

We have had no evidence of the ants since the two treatments.

We called A-Action and were thrilled with their response. Cheri in the office scheduled us promptly and Adam was our tech. Adam was thorough in his investigation and treatment. I appreciated his in-depth explanation of what he was doing, what chemicals he was using, etc. When we saw additional carpenter ant activity the following week Adam returned and treated another area. That did the trick! We would happily call A-Action again if we need pest control services in the future. As a side note - Adam was fantastic with my young son! A bonus in this mom's book! :)

I love A-Action, especially my technician Fred. He is very thorough and makes sure everything is well controlled. Would highly recommend them.

Hopefully this will finish the job that was begun the prior year by ABC.

They are who they say they are. Very personable and the key...THEY LISTEN!! Very informative, they actually send someone who knows the job and acts like they love it. I would definitely use them again...as a matter of fact I'm calling today. Thanks for the reminder! :)
