Description of Work: There was a yellow jackets nest that I had tried several times to get rid of. This meant cans of poison. The company employee, Travis, came by 3 times to apply the pest control. All I spoke to were courteous and helpful. The owner called to follow up.

Description of Work: Called in the morning to have yellow jackets eliminated from 2nd story wall/attic. Person answering the phone was polite and scheduled us for the next morning. Person came out, on time, dusted point of entry, and problem seems to be solved within the 48 hours given. We were told that if problem persisted, they would come out again for free. | |Overall, polite, professional, problem solved.

Description of Work: Travis came out and was very professional. He was on time. Sprayed all around the perimeter of the house, under the deck, in the garage and wherever in the house we asked him to. Didn't charge extra. Price was what they said it would be. Payment was easy. We had some ants that moved down into our basement (where I didn't ask him to spray) after the initial visit, so they came back free of charge and sprayed in the basement. We signed up with them to come back every quarter. We would recommend them to anyone. The undersold and over delivered.

Description of Work: We had yellow jackets coming into our living room. I could see where they were entering through our roof near the fireplace chimney. I tried spraying several times with no success. Fred came out, put on a beekeepers suit and put insecticide powder directly in the spot where they were entering. In 24 hours there were no more live yellow jackets in our home. I will be calling them to spray the outside this summer to prevent this from occurring again.

Description of Work: I contacted A-Action because they were rated so highly by both Angie's List and the BBB. Karen answered the phone; she was extremely friendly and helpful. Within a day or two, Fred came to my home and showed me that I had carpenter bees eating my fence. He told me about the bees, how they feed on wood, and the steps that should be taken to get rid of them. I was both relieved and impressed that Fred didn't try to sell me a lengthly and costly pest control program! He did the work and said that he would return within a week or two to check my fence again - which he did. Fred was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful! As expected, a few of the bees returned this spring and I immediately called A-Action. Karen greeted me with a very friendly HELLO, and I'm looking forward to having Fred take care of those bees!

Description of Work: I use a action as a quarterly service and for any other problems that arise. I have an old house under a lot of trees and no bugs! Compared to when I first moved in when I had spiders, centipedes, ropy ploys,...it is 100% better. |When I had a raccoon in the soffit they were there in a matter of hours. They've done yearly spraying for wasps and take Care of bumblebee nest inside the shed and carpenter ants. I'm moving out of state and hope I find another company like this

Description of Work: We have had a recurring bat problem in the soffit. I wanted to have a second company come check it as I thought the original company may be missing something as I kept hearing noise that sounded like bats in the soffit. A-Action was courteous and prompt. They checked everything out and did not find a problem. I paid the appointment fee and was offered a refund of part of it if I put it towards regular pest control through them. I declined as I already use Orkin but I appreciated knowing for sure that the bats haven't returned. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: We have been using A Action Pest Control for at least 15 years. We have a problem with wasps building nests around our house and A Action Pest Controls gets rid of them every time. They have great customer service, the pest control guys are friendly, professional and prompt. Have not had any issues with them at all. We'll be using them again this year - if it ever warms up here in the Midwest!!

Description of Work: A raccoon pulled the eve-vent away from the house and was attempting to get into the attic. My attic was searched for signs of raccoon and/or babies-none found. Traps were left on the roof and ground along the raccoon's path. Two/three days later the raccoon was trapped, I called A-Action let them know, they came out removed raccoon and traps and re-installed a very secure eve-vent.
