The bugs are pretty much gone and I used them last year so decided to use them again this year.

The appointment making process was nice and easy and the lady on the phone was very nice. Fred came over and was very friendly, professional and happily explained what he was doing and how the equipment worked etc. A few weeks after the service, Sheri called to see how it went, which was above and beyond and much appreciated. My only negative comment would be that spiders are still appearing all over the house (although i haven't seen anything else so that's good). Maybe i'm just missing something about how it works. Maybe there's not much you can do about spiders. Plus we have a fireplace that we don't use so there's a bunch of spiders living up there, maybe it's just not possible to flush them all out. As i said, i haven't seen any other bugs since Fred came over so i'm still rating the company highly and i would still use them again.

I called A-Action in the morning, and he came out after my work as I requested. He explained how this probably happened and the process for fixing it. He did the work right away, and it seemed to take care of the problem. We would definitely use him again.

On each occasion, they have provided excellent service, complete explanations, even returning for a second treatment when called at no additional charge. We will continue to rely on A-action when ever pest control issues arise.

They are the best. When they came out two weeks ago it was free because they guarantee their work. I had work done in May and I found insects and they came back to take care of them.

I had been seeing Carpenter Ants here and there. I joined Angies List to find a Pest Control company. I picked the first one on her list. They sent someone out rather quickly. He sprayed the whole house inside and out and 2 other buildings we have out back. Pretty soon after that I started seeing dead ants. He has been out a couple other times and sprayed and put down powder as we are learning where the ants are coming from. Fred, my bug guy has explained everything to me which is very helpful. He is also a very respectful young man.

Adam arrived spot on time and checked out the situation. After doning his protective suit, he treated each location. The result was that all five treated wasp or yellow jacket nest were completly cleared of the pesky insects. He explained to me that the wasps/yellow jackets were especially bad this year and a lot of other homes were experiencing similar problems. Adam seemed very well informed and experienced with this kind of issue. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.

A-Action was a pleasure to deal with from when they answered the phone until Adam pulled away in his truck. Friendly, knowledgeable, willing to explain what/why he was doing. Super super nice people. I didn't even need to ask about the coupon. They definitely rate a high recommendation from us. Adam was out same day we called. And we haven't seen another yellow jacket either. Just like Adam said we wouldn't. Would absolutely call them again.

They were as professional and nice as always. They came out and treated my kitchen because I saw ants on t the counter. The exterminator explained it was likely due to the frequent rain. They sprayed the perimeter of the house as soon as the rain stopped. They are the nicest bunch of people to do business with. They're rates are very reasonable.

The company also followed up with us a few days later. It was a successful and cost effective relationship.

Fred performed excellent service and is always friendly and on time. After the initial treatment, I called him back to remove a bee's nest by the chimney. Also during that time he performed another inspection, dusted for carpenter bee's and gave advice on bat and field mice mitigation. Fred was patient and thoroughly explained the products he was using and the results I should expect. I've signed up for the quarterly treatments and look forward to continuing using A-Action.

I have relied on A-action for five years. My house came with a lot of live in guests. A-action has saved me ants, spiders, a nest of hornets, a few hundred bumble bees that built in my shed and the racoon that was in my soffet. I have always had prompt responses and reliable service.

As in my review before I had a huge problem with a rodent digging under my front cement slab. It was beginning to ruin my cement slab's foundation and my yard. So I called A-Action in to take care of the issue. They placed traps down for about a week and when this didn't work, I figured the rodent had left. However, after some time had passed they removed the traps and guess what??/...yes it returned with a vengeance and dug and even bigger hole. Well now I began to have doubts in A-Action's prowess. I had my own "Bugs Bunny" in my yard and it was making my life miserable, but wait...who comes to the rescue without any direction from me...A-Action!!! A-Action decided to put mesh on the hole and to repair the damage the rodent made to my yard they added fresh dirt AND GRASS SEED!!! That's service and that's how things should be done!!! They even killed the hornets nest AND DIDN'T TELL MY WIFE!!! (lol) You can have your Orkin, and Anderson's but I'm going with the company who does not view me as a "stat" and cares considerably about my needs no matter what those needs may be. GREAT JOB!!!!

An excellent service provider. The technician arrived on time and he explained everything he was going to do. He was patient as I ask a lot of questions. The office followed up with me after he left and they also called a week later to make sure every bug was gone. I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

A-Action sent over a young man whom from the look of him made me think he was on summer break from college and needed a summer gig. HOWEVER, after talking to this young men I discovered his knowledge far aways his age. He was very knowledgeable and had a mature nature of professionalism I would never thought would be possible at his age. Not only was he able to get the spray job done quickly, he also schooled this "old man" on other ways to protect my home from pest whom may get in by way of A.C. hoses. I explained to him my rodent problems under my front slab (which I was not quoted for) and though I was not quoted for the problem he still was able to assist me in my problem. Since when does a company care unless they are getting paid? I was trully impressed. Lastly, the traps they set up accidentally caught a squirrel and my 2 little girls where very concerned. NO PROBLEM!!! A-Action came out the same day and took the squirrel away as to not traumatize my girls. Great Service and even better communication. I will DEFINITELY use them again.

They are terrific and fabulous. They came out on a Wednesday and sprayed and things did improve. But it was by the next Monday the ants were back by about 50%. They came back out very nicely and sprayed again. We have had no ants since.

Everything was great. He came and explained the product used, how it worked, what he would do, etc. He treated the inside and outside of the house and explained the follow-up service process and other available programs per our request. He also informed us of areas we want to calk up and seal to prevent other insects or animals from getting into our home. Great service and the service technician was very personable.

They have been doing our service for many years. They are just wonderful. We have never actually used anyone else; we have had no reason to go elsewhere. We did have one significant issue once where we opened a wall and the inside was swarming with carpenter ants. They addressed it in a famous fashion. I think very highly of them. They are very responsive. They are great to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone. They are across the board terrific.

I discovered a carpenter ant invasion in my dishwasher on Easter Sunday. Had never had occasion to use a pest control service so had no prior experience or basis for comparison. Chose A-Action because they were reasonably close and had an introductory AL coupon. They called me back first thing Monday morning & scheduled an appointment that afternoon. Fred showed up ON TIME (very important to me) and was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He accomplished the task, answered all of my questions and while in the course of the conversation he mentioned some of the services they offer, did not try to sell me on them (also very important to me). Since I have no basis for price comparison, the B grade is just my gut. It may be that it deserves an A if it's competitive. While I don't relish episodes of bug problems, I am confident that I have found the service I will confidently use if they occur in the future.

They were very good, responsive, and professional. The cost is a little high but I have used them a couple of times in the past.

Overall, I think they did a pretty good job. Most of the earwigs seem to be gone and I know they are generally hard to control. People are knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

Few days ago I found out the hard way (8 stings) that I have a nest of yellow jackets in my tumbler composting bin. The yellow jackets got in through the aeration holes and established themselves a nest. Using a rope and a lawn tractor a yard maintenance crew moved the composting bin away from the house and then I discovered that I had a second yellow jacket nest under the siding. At 9:15 am I called A-Action Pest Control and the nice lady gave me an estimate over the phone and told me that someone will take care of the nest the same day even though no one was at home at the time and that the exterminator will leave me the bill. A little over an hour later I received a call from the exterminator that he removed the nest from the composting bin and treated the nest under the siding. He also gave me what to do next. The company has been very professional from the initial phone call through performing the job and the follow-up phone call. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate using them in the future if need arises again.

Excellent responsiveness and service. When I made the first call after locating them on Angie's List, the lady who answered the phone was very friendly and helped determine what I needed. Scheduled a technician out the next day in the early afternoon. We received a number of calls letting us know the status of their planned arrival as the day unfolded. They actually arrived late afternoon, which was fine since we knew what to expect from the status calls. The technician was very professional and explained things to my wife as he was working, and even went upstairs and sprayed in and around the windows in the MBR where spiders tended to come in. All in all, we were very happy.

We checked your list and my husband called A-Action. A-Action estimated the price after listening to the situation and ensured us they would not kill the bees. They set up the appointment, he showed up on schedule, sprayed both the North and South side of the house and we are now "bee free". I wish all business transactions went as smoothly as this one. Very nice people, professional and courteous. We definitely recommend their company and services.
