Prompt return phone call on Sunday afternoon after having found mouse droppings. I did not expect a phone call, and was surprised. I believe, sheryl, returned the phone call. She was very nice. An appt was set up for Thursday, my day off, and a young man named Fred ( ? ) arrived. I am so sorry I forgot his name. But, anyways, he was nice, polite, and friendly. I explained the problem and he immediately went to work on the problem.

The service was fantastic! The technician was running a little late, but called me to make sure it would be okay to arrive late. He was finished quickly and I haven't seen any wasps or bees trying to nest at my house since.

So far they had to re-schedule and were very prompt to do this.

I called these folks because of the good reviews, but they did not really seem interested in my business and would not help me. They claimed that they did not service this area, but I'm 10 minutes away from them. She also kept asking me what I wanted to do, what kind of service. I said that I didn't know how to get rid of the bugs and that's why I called her. It was really frustrating!

I'd call these guys again. The process is a 2-visit job where they set bait on the first visit and then come back 1 week later to see how much bait is missing and where the most is missing. I have a 1,000 sq ft basement and they set 9 traps in the crawl space, extra room, ceiling and by the electrical panel. On the second visit, however, no mice had eaten any bait, so, like I had thought, the problem was not consistent, but they still plugged all the holes, left the traps and offered to come back in 30 days to check again to make sure they had done the complete check. I don't think I'm a typical customer (i.e., I think normally the bait is eaten) but I thought the service was great, professional and thorough. Also, they were a few minutes early for each visit, which I think is extremely professional.

From the first interaction on the phonethey were very professional..Provided me a detailed explanation about box elder bugs and what they could do at this point in time and that there was also a 2 phase treatment with the most important being in the fall. They were very clear about what could be done and what could not be done to level set my expectations. When the tech arrived and sprayed he explained everything to me again and took time to answer any questions I had. I told them to definitely schedule me for the fall as well. My overall experience was excellent and I will not hesitate to use them again.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special for this service. Everything went fine; they looked around, checked things and were thorough. They were reliable, very professional and knowledgeable in what they were doing.

Took advantage of an Angie's List "Big Deal" to have A-Action Pest Control come out and take a look at a possible animal problem in our attic. The tech reviewed our basement, attic, and outside of the house (particularly the garage). I was already doing some things that they would usually do, but he "filled in the gaps" both figuratively and literally. Showed me in the attic insulation the paths where mice were likely moving and figured they were gaining entrance via some holes in under the siding and in the sides of the garage. Didn't need to do a lot, but helped confirm things I was doing were correct and between some poison packets in the attic and later closing off the holes in my garage, it looks like the mice problem has been resolved.

They were excellent. It was very inexpensive. I would use them again.

The whole process went smoothly. I purchased the deal. Cheri called me to schedule the work. She called me back about a week prior to the service because she realized that one of the technicians was going to be off on the day the work was scheduled. No problem. We adjusted the time. The technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable and polite, and completed the inspection as promised.

I called A-Action pest because I saw them on Angie's List with top reviews. I have had a rodent/squirrel problem in the past and while I have no evidence of a problem now I thought it would be a good idea to have an inspection. I called a-action and got an appointment right away. Fred showed up at exactly the time of the appointment and proceeded to explain and inspect. Bottom line I did not have a problem but Fred identified some possible problem areas and fixed them. Fred was knowledgeable, personable and professional. I very highly recommend A-Action Pest Control for an inspection or to handle a known problem.

Overall it was very pleasant. Adam arrived on time and didn't mind me following him around the basement while he inspected the foundation. In fact, he pointed out every area that needed sealing and told me how to seal it as we went along.

We used this company as part of an Angie's list special to figure out how mice were getting into our house. They guy that came out was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He found where he thought the mice were coming in, put bait around the house to kill them. Two things he did that seemed better than the last service we used were that he didn't close up the hole right away, so theoretically the dying mice could get out (they didn't) and he came back a couple weeks later to check all of the bait stations to confirm whether mice were anywhere else in the house. The mice had only eaten the bait in one area, so he closed up that hole and refreshed that bait station. The problem with baiting mice is that they die in the house and stink it up. I don't think there is anything else that you can do that really works, but don't let someone tell you they will go die outside. They don't. This company was good and professional. The guy who came out was nice and seemed to care about doing a good job. The receptionist in the office was really responsive, even though they are not in our area. The only thing they missed was the food the mice were feeding on: We didn't realize it at the time, but there was a box of cliff bars on a shelf in the main area where there were mice. I guess we were so used to seeing it we didn't notice it. They didn't notice it either, and about a month later my wife was cleaning the shelf and noticed all the bars were eaten out of the packaging. The deal for the inspection was a good deal, the service to bait the mice and then come back to check and close the holes was about what I have paid before. Overall it's worth it to kill the mice, and I would use them again.

Easy to get scheduled, they came in a couple of days and on the day we requested. The man was prompt, polite, neat and helful. He checked everything out, explained everything to us, showed us where the opening was, asked if he could plug it up, and we agreed that he should do it. I would use him again.

This company is great to deal with. Service was professional and prompt. I wish dealing with every company was this pleasant.

Everything went great. I had bees building nests in my siding on my house and around my house and have never had them this bad before. They came out and sprayed my house and removed all nests. This controlled the bees from coming back and building more nests. I would definitely use them again to do this yearly.

They are very responsive and they were able to take care of the ant problem. They are very reasonably priced and I will continue to use them as needed.

I had never hired an exterminator before and decided that getting my home sprayed regularly is a good idea, especially since I occasionally see ants and silverfish around. A-Action came out at the time promised and sprayed inside and out. Took about fifteen minutes. I haven't seen an insect since. The guy that came out was courteous and professional. Happily, he was nothing like the exterminator guy in Men in Black. The $125 price ($100 with Angie's List discount) I felt was a little high, but I did my research and it is competitive for the area. I will be having A-Action come out regularly to keep my home pest free.

The service guy came and placed the baits throughout the house. He came back a week later to see where there were mice activities by checking on the baits he had previously placed. He checked possible holes near electrical power line that was coming from outside and found rather big whole. He closed the holes.

Adam checked the entire house for the carpenter ant problem and found the nest! NO MORE ANTS! Same with the mice. We knew they were coming in from the same spot but couldn't find it. He came in, set the traps and bait. Mice were caught. He was able to figure out where they were coming from and blocked the entry point. No more mice!
