On the day I called to request service Bev got me squared away by indicating which days my trash would be picked up, the size containers available for use by them, the price for one day pick-up versus two (which is very reasonable). She said they would have my container to my house prior to my first day pick-up. When I returned from home from work that evening the container was sitting in my driveway already. Setting up service was easy and the employees who pick up the trash are prompt and do an excellent job.

Right now, I have one of their roll-off dumpster in my driveway. I am doing my own remodeling but I have to dispose of the waste material. They provide roll-off dumpster service and they provide trash pickup. They are punctual and their pricing is good. I have no complaints. The price I get is $320 flat and I get to keep them pretty much as long as I need them. They are always willing to extend the time limit. They usually expect about a week but I have things up to three weeks and they do not mind. They have really friendly support, very good, responsive and they listen to me. They recognize my name and sometimes my voice on my call and they always go the extra mile to make little exceptions. Their drivers are incredible. I have a very narrow complicated driveway without concrete and these guys can back twenty yards dumpster up a third of a mile, close to the driveway which is pretty narrow and everything gets on without damaging the lawn or anything.

They were timely, professional, courteous and we've used them more than once. They have different sized dumpsters and only charge a one-time fee rather than per day fees. They are cost efficient and great!
