+ 2 moreIt took about 4 different tries with their customer service to be sent my verification paperwork. I told them on a Sunday if I didn't receive any verification through the computer by Friday that I would cancel. They sent me 4 verifications and didn't get it right until the 4th. I only received one by computer and it took them 2 weeks.This began as a negative experience, but worked out.
Description of Work: I pay for their insurance program to ensure my water and sewer line.

Description of Work: Watch these people. They are borderline mail fraud. They sent me a package labeled Indianapolis Water Customer. I live in Lawrence and have Lawrence Water. Their literature is slanted to make you think that Indianapolis Water endorses them and that you had better buy this insurance or the water company will probably soak you with a big bill. I purchased my home new and it is only 13 years old. I have never had a water leak problem like they desrcribe in their ads. Be careful of these people.
