 + -1 moreWe weren't given any idea as to what time someone could come and check our furnace. When he got here it didn't take him very long to figure out the problem. (five minutes maybe ). He didn't have the part he needed so he went back to the shop and got what he needed and came back. About 5 minutes later he was done and gone. All and all it took him maybe 15 minutes to fix the problem. For 15 minutes of work we we're charged $90.00 labor.
Description of Work: Switched out a part on our furnace.

Description of Work: Promptly showed up at scheduled time. They work on my a/c unit. They could not get it going and left. They returned and tried a second time, again failed to repair. They called the manufacture tech line the third time and was still unable to find the problem. Never fixed anything and billed me service calls and labor for nothing.

 + -1 moreThey did a good job. They had to come in to put a thermostat and everything. They got it all wired up. They were very professional. They were a little slow in getting back to me at that time, but it was in a worst season too. They were pretty close when they said they were going to be here. I would use them if they are available, and it is very possible that I would use them.
