+ -1 moreOur basement flooded after heavy rains, which is when we hired Russ Dunne. They were prompt and courteous, despite dealing with many other customers in the same 24 hours.. Alas, 3 weeks later our basement flooded again--this time, NOT due to heavy rains. Russ Dunne stood by their work and re-rodded out our sewer line for free. I would definitely hire them again if we have sewer problems.
Description of Work: Needed the sewer line from our house rodded out.

+ -1 moreThis drain has been a problem for us for years. Phoned Russ Dunne and they came out respecting my schedule. Not an easy job but it was completed in about an hour and cleaned up after I approved the repair. Very satisfied that this mess was finally repaired.
