Would defiantly use them again, they had the lowest cost and where very prompt in returning my phone calls. Excellent work! Plus great prices!

Description of Work: Clean out all of the gutters and downspouts. Inspect all roof deck,told me there was no problem were found.

Description of Work: I have an old house to fix up and sell, I found RDL Exteriors to help me give my old house curb appeal and make sure all was up to "code". Work performed over 3 consecutive days: Re-routed gutters done by someone else many years ago. What I was impressed with is that they gave me 2 options, dependant on how much I wanted to spend. They did not just quote me the more expensive option. Then after that quote, they noticed that the gutter at front was not postioned right, and corrected that gutter for free! I then also had RDL do repair work on the old wood front porch: Frank Korwasch (owner) immediately discovered a supporting column to my porch roof was deteriorating and they did a great job repairing and replacing the column's base, now I don't have to worry about the porch roof being compromised or collapsing! They also replaced porch steps, powerwashed, scraped and painted the porch, siding, doors. RDL powerwashed and painted my back porch They Powerwashed a 2 car garage interior and exterior Scraped exterior trim of garage and painted that. Removed and replaced garage side door Repaired wooden awning above garage door Checked garage roof for leaks Cleaned out garage gutters Assisted my Heating Repair man by lending him their 2 story ladder! Cut my grass! Left a clean work site Hauled away 4 doors and large pieces of wood that the garbage men and junk peddler wouldn't - THEY WANT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO BE HELPFUL. Two other things that were very impressive to me, and highlights their honesty and work ethic: 1. They bought for me the side entrance garage door, but discovered it was defective, (cracked or damaged) in some small way, they could have just installed it, but instead stopped the install, returned the door and got a replacement within an hour. Yes, replacing the door was the right thing to do, but I would never have known, but that is not their good work ethic, nor high quality of work. 2. They also researched and found new, low maintenence replacement latice that I needed under my old porch, I instructed them to get grey, which they did, but when they went to install, they discovered the color scheme did not work, so again, they stopped the work, returned it and replaced it with white latice, and it looks great. They could have just installed what I chose, and not taken their time and gas to get what looked much better, but they did because that was the best choice and they knew I would be happier with the white , and they were 100% right! As they were in the middle of their 3 days of work, I would add a job, ( see list above) and they acommodated me. They could have said, "no, the time is not budgeted," but again, worked with me to help me fix and old house I need to sell. Frank listened to exactly what I needed done, and always gave me options and asked questions. He guided me on what "needs" to be done in terms of codes and safety, but then let me decide how far I wanted to go aesthetically and with a budget, AND THEN improved on what I decided without extra expense. They could have just stay within exactly what they quoted and were instructed to do, but they knew my goal of preparing an old house for sale, and assisted me in every way they could to help me with my goal. Frank and Jeff are honest, helpful, punctual, friendly, trustworthy and I will never forget how they helped me in my time of need, AND at a VERY fair price. RDL went above and beyond more than any other contractors I , or my family has ever worked with. I highly recommend RDL Exteriors, and I thank them and will be forever grateful. -Margie M.
