Description of Work: Live in 2nd floor condo. My bathroom sink drain is connected to neighbor below. His sink was backing up when I ran water, my sink was draining slowly. Kennedy came, cleared neighbor's drain of buildup and both sinks now draining well.

Description of Work: These people ROCK!!!! I first used Kennedy last winter when the pipes in a 100+ y/o building burst. Despite the incredible number of calls, these guys were out the same day to minimize any further damage and to repair this initial problem. Winter went on and old pipes froze under the house. Kennedy stayed on top of the problem till the job was done despite horrible conditions. | |Always responsive, and always taking the time to explain in detail the options and the work that needs to be done. Description of Work: Had yearly cleanout done of front yard piping done by them a few years ago to control tree roots growning into underground pipes. Also, checked kitchen leak and toilet leak. Show husband how to fix without charge. We go to them for all plumbing. They're the best.
