Calin arrived on time to check out the job and give us an estimate on refinishing the hardwood floors on our 2nd floor landing. We purchase the Big Deal for $99, but had some extra square footage which was added at a very reasonable price. The process was quick and efficient, and we were able to schedule the job at our convenience. The refinishing crew also showed up on time (9AM) and quickly went about their business. They completed everything by about noon, and after they left, there wasn't any sign that they had been there except for our amazing looking floors! I thought we would have some significant cleanup to do after a project like that, but we had NONE. Spotless. Crew did a great job for a great price and the floors...what a difference! They honestly look brand new. Thank you Calin. You and your crew keep up the good work!

Excellent. Came on the dates promised and inspected the work performed each day. Dustless sanding was truly dustless compared to work performed by others 8-10 years ago. Original floor was 58 years old and the end result is a floor that is like new. Gave options on replacement of entrance way ceramic tile and final result was also great. Reasonable price for the amount of work performed. Would use them again.

The floors look beautiful! We paid another $186 for additional square footage and because they had to screen off an area. They did the work right way after we purchased the Big Deal. They were very economical with their time and they did a very, very nice job. We were very happy with the work. I'd recommend them!

Calin and his team were great! We were moving across country and the seller of our house left it in absolutely horrible condition. Calin met me at the house the day after we arrived in town and walked me through what would need to be done to get the floors back to great condition. He and his crew started work the very next day (Saturday) and were supposed to be finished by Monday. Monday night I received a text from Calin stating that he wanted one additional day to finish the work as it was not as high a quality as he would nave liked. The crew finished up the work on Tuesday and Calin did a full walk through with us and the work was spectacular!

They arrived on time. Taped up the areas needed with plastic to minimize dust to other areas of our home. It took about 3 to 3 1/2 hours. They did unfortunately cut our ethernet cord that ran from our room to the basement but reimbursed us with no argument. They left the home in great condition. I would definitely use them again.

It went well. They were courteous and they asked me what I thought of the job. The workmanship was excellent.

Contacted provider (Alex) and set up a possible date to initial visit. That day did not work out, so provider indicated that would contact the following monday (It was a Friday). 10 days went by and no call was received. I called Alex and complained about lack of communication. Alex stated that his boss was on vacation, but would have him contact me as soon as possible. No communication happened for almost two weeks. This morning I sent a message to provider in order to cancel the service. He called back and apologized for his worker not getting back to me. He also indicated that Alex does not work with him anymore. Overall, a disappointing loss of time an effort on my part.

Calin was very prompt and professional from the very start. We emailed him asking if he was available to come look at our hardwood parquet floor that needed refinishing, and he responded within 30 mins. and came over the next day. He took the time to come up with as many shades of stain necessary for me to choose which I felt would work best with my decor. Calin is very well versed in wood flooring, and walked us through the entire process, explaining what and why each step is necessary. It was fantastic. They responded quickly and professionally. The finished product was amazing and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. The price was extremely reasonable and they stuck with the Angie's List coupon. I was extremely satisfied. If you are thinking of doing your hardwood floors I would not hesitate in hiring them!! Very good remodel. The workers exceeded my expectations. They were polite and worked non stop. My bathroom went from the 1960's to present day. The price was fair. No hidden charges. I would strongly recommend this company . The quality of work is outstanding.

Excellent from start to finish. We had trouble finding someone with the skill to convert our stairs from carpet to hardwood. We tried a company that specialized in stairs but that cost was too high. We tried a stair system, but it would not work on our stairs. Finally we were referred to Ic Custom HW Flooring and they did a beautiful job. Our other concern was matching our existing hardwood flooring. The color is unique, but again they did a perfect job matching the color. Everyone was professional, the job was done in about a week and our home was left perfectly clean. I would definitely use them again.

Our floors had scratches and dents everywhere and we wanted to get them fixed and re-stained a bit darker. We got 3 quotes from different companies and are so extremely happy with our choice to go with Calin. Calin and his team did an amazing job on our floors. Everyone that sees them compliments us on how great they look. Even my uncle who has done many floors himself could not believe how fabulous they look. Calin is extremely professional, always on time and always available if you have any questions or concerns. We are so happy with his work and will use him again and refer him to all of our friends. Could not be happier.

It was good. Their pricing was reasonable. They finished when they promised and they came on time. They were honest. They had to come back to finish some minor things which they did.

He is very prompt, reliable, and willing to work with what you want and need. His employees were very considerate, but he is on site to supervise when needed. The work was obviously quality, and I have recommended him to anyone that ever has a need for hardwood flooring.

Calin (pronounced Colin) is an incredible man, such a hard worker, such pride in his work. There were a few portions of damaged flooring throughout the house that his crew cut out and matched perfectly with new flooring. He also installed and matched wood grates (removing giant metal grates) and blending them into the floor, you don't even know they are there! He found some rot in the foundation of one of the rooms and replaced it at no additional cost. He was excellent on every level. We have recommended his services to a few other friends (3 so far) who have all been blown away by the final result.

Calin and his crew were great. He did a "beautiful" job and he aimed to please. In addition, they helped in moving furniture and did dust cleaning afterwards.
