I received this referral from Angie List and contacted the provider to find out more information about the company. I contacted the provider on July 29, 2020 and begin to question the provider regarding his time in business, how many projects like mine that he has completed and his customer satisfaction rating. The gentleman became upset that I would question him and told me that he did not need my business! I ended the conversation and left it at that and found me another provider.

The quality of work is excellent. reasonable in price, timely and professional. Very reliable and recommended him to friend and family.

The work Eric and his crew did was great, we bought a house and the house needed work so it could pass inspection also I wanted some things changed and some things added. They did a wonderful job it has been 4 years now and nothing they did has changed or gone bad. Thank you to Eric and his crew.

contacted Eric to come out for an estimate, he proposed Thanksgiving morning and I confirmed with him multiple times that it is ok with him, and he said yes. no show at the confirmed time, called and texted him, only got a text back saying his wife is ****** that he is going out on Thanksgiving day. did not get anything else or attempt to reschedule.

Eric was prompt, knowledgeable and performed excellent work. We will hire him again when the next project comes up.

It was nice, they were very professional, on time and very knowledgeable.

The big box stores only cut up to 4x6 pieces of wood. And they don't cut 6x6 pieces at all. Other lumber yards refused to cut my lumber for various reasons including, the wood was not purchased at their store, or the wood was treated, or they did not want to ruin their equipment (they believed there was a possibility that some metal may have been enclosed inside of the lumber that could cause damage). Anyway, Eric made the time for me on a Sunday morning and brought his equipment with him. He did a great job cutting the lumber. I was very satisfied. He was also very professional.

I have used their service several times in the past. Most recently they did a lot of small jobs for me to help get my home ready to be sold. It is always fantastic. Eric, the owner, is a true professional.

I’ve called this company several times, no answer. They should change their voicemail. It is past the new year now and the holidays are over. Ridiculous!

Went great. Busy business. Capable of doing much bigger jobs than what I needed. Also contacted and hired to do concrete repair. Again, excellent job done.

He was awesome! Hard working and professional. Job was done in 2 days and no run around. He was upfront and great to work with. I would definitely hire him again in the future!

Great work, I rated down only because I called for an estimate for additional work a few months later and got no response, no call back although I called several times over a 2 week period.

He had a group of guys came over, and did it in a day. He protected my house, because squirrels were going in the roof, and the tenants could here them walking on the roof. Put the sheet metal there, around the soffit area, and the squirrels never got through the roof again. The went around the hole house, so the squirrels couldn't sneak in. Got it done, and saved my tenant.

Very last repair that he did, was he repaired the kitchen sink. Something was wrong with the drain line. Some parts were missing, and he knew what they were, and repaired the kitchen sink. Never will have to be fixed again. I remember him doing some soldering, to stop the water line from leaking. It was part of the heating system. Fixed that.

He is the guy you call up. A couple December's ago, I failed the inspection. The guy failed to read the sheet. They came over and did everything on the sheet for four hundred dollars, and I passed section eight inspection. So, I didn't have to worry about the inspection until next time. If you don't understand it, he understands the lingo. He came on time for what I can remember. He put the gutters up there, the wind was real bad one. I came and he put the gutter back on the house. The downspout was laying on the ground, and he had put it back up. Did it in no time. I was away from the house, when he called me. When I got home, he had the gutter up there, I paid him, and everything was ok.

The price was pretty good. They were pretty much on time when they came. This time around they weren't as detailed as usual. Usually they are very detailed with the clean out. This time they didn't clean up properly. The cement work didn't last even a year. Last time, it lasted a couple of seasons before crumbling. They left a hole in the wall, and did not tell me when they removed some shower doors. That caused some leakage in the walls. I was so frustrated. They need to follow up. I did call them about something that wasn't done properly. Their response was to give me a credit the next time I used them. To me, they should've just come back to look at it. I did take pictures and sent it to them, but I never heard back from them. I recommended them to my sister and the work was not great. She was a little disappointed as well.

The work was good. I will use them again if needed.

I noticed a wet spot in the ceiling on my lower level. Mr. Henry removed plaster panel and located source of the leak (toilet in room above). He repaired the toilet, replaced the ceiling and repainted the ceiling. The completed job was perfect! I will definitely use his company if I have any other needs for maintenance and repair of my home.

Eric was asked to performed several different services in our new home. Eric completed the following for us: * Run wiring to install a ceiling fan in our master bedroom * Remove old ceramic tile and install new ceramic tile in our master bathroom * Replace three existing ceiling fans * Replace two light fixtures * Remove old carpeting and tacks from the hallway and one bedroom * Install 4 new locks * Hang a new steel door Eric was very thorough and professional. He completed all work ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend Eric's services.

It went very well. I was really impressed. I know i don't have a problem, I got him on Anige's List. I have already given his number out to other people.

I asked the provider to give me an estimate over the phone on installling 8 interior doors, jams, case moldong & 85 feet of baseboard. The provider gave me a fair estimate quickly. Thanks
