After a flood, they removed furniture, appliances, lower 2ft of drywall, kitchen base cabinets, flooring, and replaced the hot water heater. Showed up on time, did more work than the initial estimate but didn't charge any more. Finished in one day. His crew was pleasant and they were very courteous, and professional. I had him come back the following month to clean out and insulate my walk up attic. Again, everything was done quickly and as expected.

After a water leak prompted replacement of the tub surround in our only bathroom, we discovered extensive termite damage to the exterior wall and studs of our frame home. After calling pest control companies to get estimates on getting rid of them, I searched Angie's List and talked to neighbors to find a contractor to repair the damage done by the wood eating devils. I called Home repairs R Us and left a message and Eric called me back within hours. He came out the next day and examined the area and explained in detail what he felt would need to be done to fix the damage. He also gave me a quote for the work which was much lower than what I expected it to be. After reviewing quotes from other contractors, we decided to go with Eric not only for his price, but for his attitude and professionalism. i gave him a call and as he knew this was an emergency, he scheduled to begin the very next day. Eric and his crew of three men showed up right on time and got right to work. Within hours they had carefully removed the vinyl siding and had cut out and removed the damaged section of exterior wall including the studs ravaged by the termites. Shortly after that (much to my delight) they had replaced the studs, rebuilt the exterior wall with plywood, insulated and sheathed the entire area. They even replaced what siding they could that very same day! They even hauled away all the construction debris which was awesome for me! As I had asked him to replace an existing glass block window in the area with a smaller vented one, he could not finish the job until the window was ready but he framed for it and sealed it up tight against the weather so the pest control operator could treat the new wood and work could continue on the bathroom remodel. The day the new window was ready, Eric and his crew arrived on time, and finished up by installing the window and replacing the rest of the siding. Since we reduced the size of the window, some new pieces of siding had to be used and Eric had put the reused siding down low and all together so the slight color difference would not be noticed (an excellent move on his part). Eric and his crew are super professional and efficient and I will most definitely be using them again for any repairs or remodeling I might need in the future. Each time we called Eric, he was on time to see the job, gave a clear price to do the job and showed up on time. He and his crew are extremely polite and they make sure the area is clean when they are ready to leave. Every storm door was hung precisely because they did not rush. The shed looks too good now and no critters are getting in. We are ready now for our next attack on updating our home with more remodeling. My wife and I refer to Eric and his crew as OUR FAMILY RE-MODELERS.

There was a crew of three men that arrived to my home within the specified time frame. They immediately assess the situation, determine what supplies were needed, and went to purchase them. It began to pour heavy rain, however they continued to work throughout the storm. As soon as the rain let up some they were able to finish the job. I have already recommended this company to my mother. The overall experience was great!

He is very meticulous and very concerned about cleaning up after working at the house. He is a "jack of all trades" who we will continue to contact as needed.

Better than expected. I was more than satisfied. I live in a different city and overnighted keys and instructions. Eric was responsive, even though he was going though a personal matter (death in the family). He was on time, fair and provided the total and task by task estimates I requested. I had been doing for repairs and maintenance on my own and called him in to handle that which I could not. He was qualified, professional and understanding. In the future, I'll leave all the work to a "professional."

Eric arrived at my house with my new storm doors. After removing my old doors and disposing of them, Eric checked each door container to make sure all parts were present and laid them out to be installed. Eric checked and rechecked the instructions before starting to attach the framework. Each door was put up maticulously. When the doors were done, the area was cleaned up and trash disposed of.

The experience was very pleasant from beginning to end. The office was very courteous and set up an appointment for an estimate with Eric. He was only about 10 minutes late for the appointment but called me to let me know--something I really appreciate and something that I consider common courtesy but is not always practiced.On the day of the job, Eric showed up with two assistants who were equally professional, polite, and competent. The crew removed a gas fireplace--including the enclosure--, capped off the gas line, and patched the wall to ready it for painting. When they were done, not only did they sweep and mop like I expected, but they even wiped my votive holders clean because the place had gotten so dusty. I would not hesitate to hire Eric and his crew again.

The first time I had Home Repairs R' Us out was to reattach some loose soffit cover which was flapping in the wind. Eric responded immediately to the message I left on his phone. He came out and attached the soffit covering and inspected the rest of the house to make sure there were no more loose spots. The second time, during the awful heat wave we had been having, Eric came out and dug out my old mailbox, cemented in a new post, and attached a new, large mailbox, making sure that it was level and plumb. He and his helper worked quickly and efficiently. They don't waste time. They cleaned up when they were finished. You would not have known they had been here except that I had a new mailbox. They reply to the initial call quickly. they come out right away; they work quickly. They make sure everything is to my satisfaction before they consider the job done. They are polite. They clean up. They don't waste time. I would definitely use them again.

Overall Eric Henry's work was exceptional. Originally, when the shelving pulled away from the wall it left holes in the drywall. When the crew from Home Repairs R Us finished there wasn't any evidence that the wall had been damaged at all. He did an awesome job. I could not have asked for a better handyman. He really knows his stuff and completes the job in record time. As I have stated previously, Eric and his crew are my new best friends and I would recommend him to my friends and family without reservation. Eric arrived on time and completed work within 1 hour. This is an extremely polite young man. He arrived with a partner to assist him. His work was professionally completed and he left the work area immaculate - making sure to pick up and dust anything that could have been disturbed. His scope of knowledge is rather extensive - so I learned in conversation with him. I will absolutely use Eric's services again and I am VERY particular.

I am doing some repairs on this house and would only be here so many days so I called as many handymen as I could, Mr. Henry met me at the house the same day on time, assessed the jobs ,was very professional, and straight and to the point which I appreciated. I decided to take his bid he and his staff purchased the supplies and was at my house house and working before I made it there. Well they finished the jobs all looked great and they even cleaned up after themselves.

It went amazingly well...considering the kitchen was a hot mess. He came over, looked at the damage, and didn't flich. He gave me an estimate, it was very fair. I was supposed to get back to him but got busy so he called me. I had to obtain some property the other person took. He was supposed to repair it but didn't. Once my property was returned, I called him and we determined a date and he started. He was true to his word, he said it would take him 2 days and it did. I AM SO Happy. My kitchen had been in disrepair since the beginning of aMrch and after 8 weeks it's finally back to normal and beautiful. He did an excellent job.

They were excellent. He was on time, punctual and very good. The whole team did a great job. The price was reasonable as well. I have had no problems with any of their work and it has almost been a year since completion.
