I was told someone would come out. They came out to look at the work to be performed. I never received a phone call to provide me an estimate or any follow up. There were numerous phone calls unanswered.

Jim is a very professional workman. He listens to what u need and does everything he can to fulfill your job. He did a wonderful job on my garage interior, even painted it for us. You couldn't find a better handyman.

Reaching out to this company was my first experience with Angie's list. I looked up rankings and this company comes highly recommended. I initiated contact via email (also included my phone number) with them on 6/18 and followed up several days later with no response back as of today. I understand that maybe they don't want my business or they're too busy but I at least expected a call or an email. If their follow up is non-existent, perhaps this was a blessing in disguise. This was a negative first experience with the contractors on Angie's List. I'll give this another shot with another company but hopefully this isn't the norm for contractors not getting back to members. I'm a business man and my customers expect me to get back to them within 24 hours. I understand that many of these contractors are smaller companies with limited human resources but I expect that at the latest there should be a follow up within one week...are my expectations too high?

He did real fine and courteous. He was reliable. I like reliable and he did a good job.

The soffit repairs look good, owner responded on a timely basis.

Quoted $550 but they finished earlier than they thought and reduced the price accordingly. Worked and cleaned up after the job. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the results.

I told him I got his name off Angie's List and had a coupon. I gave him an appointment time and then decided to call back the next day and cancelled. I just felt that he wasn't very professional at all.

He was quick. He did a great job. The price was right. And next time we need his services, we will certainly call him again. We have found our handyman.

I was very pleased. The man named Eric Henry, he showed up when he was going to for estimates and the day of installation. He's very thorough, courteous and we were just very pleased with the work. We plan on using him again for other things we want it done for our house for tile and possibly for hardwood floors. Their price is fair.

They came out and fixed something during the service call. I thought it was thorough and priced well for the services performed. A few minor details were noticeable to me, but overall they did a great job.

Eric (owner) was very responsive and professional from beginning to end. Since my job required a lot of labor he used 2 of his employees to help. All men were very courteous and punctual. Completed job within timeframe given at agreed upon price. Eric even came back out on a Sunday to finish a loose end of the job. He's values the opinions of his customers and the ratings on Angie's list are important to him. I will definitely hire him again.

They arrive promptly and braved the frigid temperatures (-10 below) and got the job done in about 10 minutes. Placed the awning in the alley and they were on their way. I give them kudos just for coming out in the sub zero weather.

He did repairs in two days and he did a good job.

Eric was very professional. Called the same day. He arrived and did everything I needed him to do under an hours time. I will definitely use him again...

I called Mr. Henry and left a message. He called me back the same day and I expressed to him that I needed the gutter cleaned, wood replaced and a paint job on my garage. We scheduled an appointment for him to come by and take a look. He stopped by the following day to assess what I needed done. He was mannerable and professional. He made the suggestion that I cover the wood trim with siding, that way I would not have to continue to paint. I thought that was a good idea, so I decided to do that instead. He called me a couple of days later to give me a price. We scheduled a day to do the work. He and his team arrived at 8 a.m. They worked all day to complete the job. I appreciated the fact that they did not need to be supervised. I was able to leave, and take care of some business. Once they finished, Mr. Henry asked me to check the work. There were a couple of things I ask them to do, and they were pleasant in honoring my request. Overall, I was pleased with the work and I will contact him again to do some things inside my house.

Mr. Henry was very professional as well as prompt. I was more than satisfied with the job.

Eric came out a week before he did the job to see if he be able to do work I needed done on the outside of the house,best of all he was on time. He looked at the cracking cement at the bottom our stairs on our front said it would be a good idea to work on the bottom of the porch so the water would flow away from the house. He gave me a fair price knew what he was talking about,and try to make everything as simple without turning it into a major project. He was right on with the price and the amount of time he would need to complete the task, and i will be calling him in the future,a real down to earth guy.

i called the repair man. he returned my call promptly and came out the following morning. he looked at the door told me the price and then proceeded to repair the door. it took him between fifteen and twenty minutes to finish the job. he was very professional.

I contacted the service provider on or about August 6, 2013, who came through my home for a walk through of work to be performed. He stated he would call me with an estimate. On August 12, 2013, after never being contacted by the provider I called him and he stated the estimate was in his truck and he would call me later that day with the estimate. Today is August 14, 2013, and the provider has not returned my call.

Eric and his workers are clean and always on time. He removed the wallpaper from two rooms, primed and put two coats of paint on them. He then put in a new bathroom sink top and replaced all the valves and hoses and put in a new faucet. His work ethic is fantastic and they clean everything up. This is the third time I have hired them and I would come to him again for work.

Eric is respectful, courteous and honest. He has a great work ethic. He did a couple of extra things for me at no charge. His helpers were just as courteous, respectful and focused on getting the work done. Last year I received a quote from Eric on a previous project made the decision to go with another handyman, however, he impressed me to give him a try on my next project. I was pleased with the job. punctuality to the job site was good. Eric was patient with answering all of my questions and concerns. I will use him again. Eric's opportunity is to respond when he say he will.

He is a phenomenal young man. His workers are very neat and always do a thorough clean-up job. His pricing is very reasonable, and he stands by his work. He is always punctual and efficient. He can do just about any job, and I would recommend him to anyone.
