Description of Work: A date and time was set up via Angie's website and the name of the person to come was given but no one showed up nor did anyone call. I tried to call and got an answering machine.

Description of Work: They installed a new exterior door and frame and screen door. They were able to squeeze me in before I went on vacation so I was extra pleased. There work was very good. I'm extremely happy with the results. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Description of Work: They did various repairs to our home exterior. Work was substandard and partially incomplete. They missed an entire soffit area. The materials they purchased to repair some of the fascia was the wrong finish.

Description of Work: Home Repairs R Us patched plaster walls, drywall, and moldings, as well as painted indoors and outdoors. Erik and his crew did a quality job, did it for a very fair price, and did it quickly. I'd give them my business again.

Description of Work: Called to schedule service and was told it would be better to purchase all supplies before he came, I measured and emailed the measurements and photos so he could tell me how much to buy (as he said he would do) he never got back to me. Then called to tell him the date of service was approaching, and left him a message saying he had not got back to me and he would not be able to come due to can not purchase without knowing what I needed. I called him to tell him not to come and his mail box was full. He then called the day of service and ask if he was still to come today. I told him no and I'm not prepared because you did not call or reach me. I want to cancel this because it has not worked out for the scheduling and communication problems.

Description of Work: I called him to make an appointment to put in a new thermostat and a ceiling fan/w light, he came with his helper and they did the job. He was professional, did a great job and I would use him again.

Description of Work: Installed an exterior door. And put capping around the outside frame. They were very professional, on time, cleaned as they went along. They were quite, and hard working. The door was a challenge, since the house is old and has settled. They completed the work in a timely manner.
