I was very satisfied. I worked with Eric Henry. The work did get stalled a couple of times because their was another job he was committed to. As a result the job took longer anticipated.

They were really good. They were very competitively priced and the quality of their work was good. I felt that what I got for my money as more than worth it.

He was fine. We already had the railing but he bought bracets and installed the railings for us. I would recommend him to others and use him again in the future.

He did a really good job. I would recommend him. Very reasonably price. He was very professional, courteous, easy to talk to and very good at explaining about the gutters.

Eric arrived on time and worked constantly with me to be sure of the exact placement of the pictures. The hinges he brought did not fit the cabinet doors. He spent several days trying to find a good substitute for the hinges. He could not find a good substitute, so he went to the Internet to research additional options. He found the exact hinges online and had them mailed to him. He invested in several telephone calls to keep me informed as to where he was in securing the hinges. He found the hinges, installed them so the cabinet works like new. While he underestimated the original cost of the hinges, he offered to split the difference with me for the new higher costs. He is great to work with.

I can't say enough good things about the work of Eric Henry. He arrived as scheduled, reviewed the work and gave us an estimate. He is a stickler for quality work and wasn't satisfied until the work was completed and done very well. In the course of fixing one problem, he discovered another problem and fixed that as well for the initially quoted price. His prices are moderate, but the quality/cost ratio make calling him an excellent deal. We have since called him several more times for other work. Eric Henry at Home Repairs R Us has become our go-to person for repairs.

Eric and his helper had arrived at the building an hour before I got there and they had completed everything except the wall above the bathtub, which turned out to be a lot more difficult than anticipated. Eric was very determined and kept working until the wall was finally installed. Because of the difficulty with the bathtub wall, the whole job took a lot longer than anticipated, but Eric still only charged what he had originally estimated. I was very pleased with his work. In addition, he moved some debris from the front yard to the back alley for the garbage pickup, installed 2 spotlight bulbs in a fixture on the back porch of the 2nd floor apartment and fixed a loose deadbolt on the front door of the building. He was very willing to do all of these extra jobs.

Prompt response to inquiry, gave estimate 2 weeks before job. Provided an estimate that was in keeping with expectations, gave hints on how to make the job practical and economical. Called to confirm arrival. Owner came with crew of 2 men. Arrived slightly late, but finished in a timely manner.

When I contacted him he called me back even though I wasn't able to leave him a message (voice mail full). I had two projects for him (the wall and a problem with my garbage disposal). He gave me a suggestion over the phone on the garbage disposal that fixed the problem. He was late arriving but I kind of suspected he might be based on prior Angie's surveys and he called, explained the delay and estimated when he'd get there. He followed through and arrived at the revised time with a helper. They went right to work and wrapped things up. Overall, a good experience.

Eric did a fabulous job! He is very quick to respond and stays right on with his quote. I would recommend him to anybody.

Eric arrived promptly as scheduled. Very courteous and professional throughout process. Speedy and delivered everything on-time with very reasonable pricing. Other companies wanted to charge just $160 to remove the mirror never mind anything else!

They were outstanding. High standard of professionalism.

It went well. An electrician was required for the work so it was above and beyond what was thought for the scope of work. They worked a half day on labor day. I think it took a little longer than what they estimated.

Called and spoke with Eric. He gave me an estimate of when he would arrive at the house on Saturday. They arrived too early really-- our appointment was for 12; they arrived at 9:30am, but it worked out for the best. Apparently, Eric had another job in the area. I showed him the work to be done, he gave me a price for the job and I agreed. He did all the work that day. Excellent work-- no complaints.

I spoke to Eric Henry and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday. I called Eric Saturday morning to confirm he was still coming, and he said he would be at my house between 2 and 2:30pm. Eric never showed up and never called with an explanation.

Eric was on time and able to do the whole project in a reasonable amount of time. His price was fair and the quality of the labor met my expectations.

Although he was very accommodating over the phone and responded to my calls in a timely matter, when we actually set a time to meet and look at the roof leak, he did not show. I called Eric and he said he forgot, and was finishing another job at the time.

THEY PUT THE DRYWALL UP, BUT I SEE A COUPLE OF PLACES UNDER THE WINDOW THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE MUDDED IT TO MAKE IT BLEND IN AND MAKE IT ALL LOOK EVEN. THEY DID NOT BRING ANY COVERS TO COVER UP MY FURNITURE. I THINK THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE COVERED EVERYTHING UP BECAUSE THERE IS DUST EVERYWHERE. I KNOW THAT IT IS A MESSY JOB, BUT I FEEL THAT THEY COULD HAVE COVERED STUFF UP. I TRIED TO CALL THEM, BUT THEY DID NOT ANSWER MY CALLS. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME BACK AND REPAIR MY INSIDE STEPS GOING FROM THE FIRST FLOOR TO THE SECOND FLOOR, BUT THEY NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP.

Eric arrived on time, was extremely courteous, clean, and careful in his work. He was very willing to look at the mis-aligned door, even though he was just schedule to look at the fan. His rates seemed reasonable to compensate him for his time on the first day when he fixed the ceiling fan and front door. He did not have his own ladder, so I had to bring him mine from the garage, so he could reach the ceiling fan. On the first day, he gave me a quote to fix an old exterior wooden basement door, quoted me between $35-40, including threshold & repair to the door itself. After he was finished, he said it would cost $75. I reminded him of his quote, he said "Okay, just give me $50." Said he would come back on Sat morning to look at roof, and call me with an estimate for patching. He did not come, did not call. Haven't heard from him since. Due to extra expense for basement door & not showing up on Saturday as he said he would- I have to give a lower grade.

Just like the first time we used Eric, he did a great job. The work was completed quickly and he was able to work around our schedule. I felt comfortable leaving Eric and his crew unattended in my house. Eric was very good about making sure the house was locked and secure before he left. Eric was able to come to the house and give us an estimate the same day we called him and he was able to complete the work a couple days later. As usual, Eric gave us a written itemized contract of the work he would do and how much each bit would cost before he started the job. His fees are very reasonable.

Eric was very helpful and listened to what we needed, also he made suggestions for the gas line and for additional work that we will do in the future. I will use him again in the future.

Eric was punctual for our home repairs. He gave us a fair estimate and also advised us that he would have to use a licensed electrician and plumber for anything other than minor plumbing and electrical jobs. His work was professional and he cleaned up after himself. The electrician and the plumber were punctual and focused. He repaired what could be repaired, replaced what had to be replaced, and salvaged what could be salvaged. He and his helper came in and took care of business, in and out. Total was four days work. He came back to make some adjustments in the toilet tank for bathroom #1. We plan to use him in the future to replace our living room picture window, our front storm door, and do some roofing work.

Noticed steel bedroom door frame rusting and removed baseboard from wall only to discover ruined, wet and mildewed drywall. Minor child was experiencing respiratory problems since moving into the house. Due to my concern - received a prompt estimate as well as work was started as soon as possible. Notified of what was found and received recommendations. Only suggested what was needed. Plumbing out of the scope of anticipated project, but a reasonable subcontractor was brought in to repair leaky pipe. Flat rate and very cleaned. Used minimal space and cleaned-up prior to leaving site each day.

Owner Eric Henry came out the same day I called to give me an estimate on drywall repair and tiling in my bathroom. He gave me a quote and said he would be back on the following Saturday at 8 AM, then he would be there on Sunday at the same time and finish up on Monday. He never showed up or called to let me know what was happening. I called his phone number twice and left a page for him. e never answered the page and I have since called another service to get the work done. I would never call this man again for anything. He left me hanging, after I had made all kinds of arrangements for someone to be home while he was there working because I had to work the Saturday he scheduled. He not only left me hanging, he inconvenienced other people who had rearranged their schedule to help me.

Eric Henry was responsive and on-time, and the repaired and repainted ceiling looks fine. I'm only giving a "B" on price because this job probably worked out to an hourly rate on the high side, but, in fairness, I didn't try to negotiate the price down, and he both scoped out and finished the job as quickly as we asked him to.
