Description of Work: I called on two separate days and both times the voice mail box was full. I described the job (repairing a sliding glass door that was sticking) and he agreed to call to confirm exactly what time he would be there on a certain day. He never called and never showed up.

Description of Work: Did not come back with a quote or to do the work.

Description of Work: Eric and his crew put up a privacy fence (I bought materials before calling him), custom gutters and downspouts, astro turf (I bought materials before calling him) and corrected and replaced some old down spouts.

Description of Work: He responded to inquiry, saw work requested and gave quotation. Was not timely on work day. Performed work, but did not complete job as instructed and as bid on.

Description of Work: In addition to washing all of the windows, unclogging a kitchen sink, breaking up and hauling away a waterbed, Eric and his colleague cheerfully helped empty the waterbed, which was grueling. He had brought all of the right tools for the work and did a great job.

Description of Work: The owner came out on Friday to check out the job and told me he would call me back the next with an estimate, 3 days later and I haven't heard from him. I guess the job was too small for him.

Description of Work: Made an appointment for a quote. He said he would be there at 10:30 am. I drove 45 minutes to get there and he didn't show. I left message and he finally called 30 minutes late and then decided not to come because I was going to get another quote. Big waste of my time and clearly lacks professionalism

Description of Work: I called and informed Homes Repairs R' Us of my situation and they came at the time they informed. they looked at what needed to be done and we set an appointment for the work to be done. They came on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They cleaned up the mess made and even assisted me with a few other things, which I was very appreciative for that. I will be using them again with additional work around my building.

Description of Work: My toilet was moving when I sat on the seat. Mr. Henry came gave an estimate, prepared a contract, took a deposit and made an appointment to preform the work the next day. He and his crew arrived the next day and started the job. When he removed the toilet, the exposed wood floor was soaked with water. This changed the scope of the job. Now part of the wooden floor had to be replaced. In all part of the floor was replaced, new tile was installed on the entire floor, a new vanity (complete with faucets) was installed and the toilet was replaced.

Description of Work: The door to the back of the house wouldn't close, as though the hinges had sprung. I called Eric in the afternoon and he stopped by after he finished his last job of the day and was able to make the repairs quickly and efficiently

Description of Work: I called Eric to price a job - I thought it was high so I looked around - found out that his rates were ok so I called him back and asked him to call my tenant to set up a time for him to go over and do the work. He said he would and call me back - I waited a week and called the tenant - she said she never heard from him. When I called him he said he was waiting to the weekend and he would call her then and set it up and then he would call me and let me know - he has never called her or me. He has a very polite and nice mannerism over the phone so I'm disappointed that he is not reliable to get back with me.

Description of Work: I spoke with him twice and twice he was a no show, no quote delivered, as promised. Very unprofessional, sounded like he was too busy watching his very loud TV.

Description of Work: Eric cleaned the gutters on my house in a timely manner for a good price. More importantly, I had major issues with a clogged kitchen sink. The catch basin outside my house hadn't been cleaned in years. Eric not only cleaned out a disgusting catch basin, but unclogged the kitchen sink, too. The kitchen sink needed new pipes due to years of use and dirt accumulation. He took on the job of a plumber who would've cost me an arm and a leg, for a decent price. Additionally, the job of cleaning the catch basin and replacing some old pipes was a downright disgusting job! Despite this, Eric handled the problem in a professional manner, gave me a fair price, and did a good job.
