Angelo and Guardian Roofing were who we called when our roof failed only a few years after our original contractor did a terrible job. Angelo immediately responded to our request for a bid, quickly came out and assessed the project safely in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, and was willing to work with us to keep the cost manageable. We had to postpone the project by a few days to account for challenging weather conditions (first rain, then a heat wave), but Angelo was pro-active in communication and clearly cared about his workers. We appreciated both qualities. Once work began, his crew was quick, courteous, and professional. Though, as often happens, more needed to be done than originally anticipated, Angelo worked with us to ensure that the project was done right and in a cost-effective manner. In fact, he refused to leave the project site until we were completely satisfied. Since completion of the project we have had several major rain storms and zero leakage. As a first-time homeowner who had a bad experience with a previous contractor, Angelo is who I recommend you call to address your roofing concerns.

These guys are AWESOME ! I was very concerned about water leaks occurring in my 2 upstairs bedrooms due to recent thunderstorms and apparently previously shoddy roof repairs. We needed repairs to our flat roof because of leaking through our fireplace and improper installation by the original builder. Angelo was very responsive and patient with our many questions and sent plenty of pictures of the problem areas with his estimate. Though his estimate was a bit higher than others we got, he suggested some additional safeguards and offered a longer warranty, which is why we hired him. The two workers who did the work were timely and professional and shared numerous photos of the work in progress. We won't know about the quality of the work until we have a big rain but so far so good.

I had a major leak in the flat roof on the back addition on my home. Angelo, Guardian Roofing s owner, sent out his estimator on Tuesday and my roof was fixed by Saturday. He and his workers were very professional and safe...he wore a mask and kept a safe distance. I had someone else come and give an estimate and they didn t wear masks and did not try to socially distance while talking. I had a complete tear off with a new roof installed. Angelo took pictures of the work before, during and after. They did a fantastic job. Completely cleared all the debris from the job. I m extremely satisfied with the work and the price. He was easy to work with and communicated with a written quote of all the work that needed to be done. I highly recommend him!

August 25, 2019 Guardian Roofing Systems LLC Very accommodating, professional, great customer service, they kept us updated on the progress through completion. FLAT / LOW SLOPE ROOF SYSTEM TEAR OFF AND REPLACEMENT I represent an owner occupied 3 story condo association/ building. After learning that we needed to replace our roof as soon as possible, we immediately sought estimates and/or proposals for the job. At the last minute, I decided that a fourth estimate through Home Advisor couldnâ t hurt. I knew that Home Advisor would have already conducted the initial vetting process which would save us time in choosing a roofing contractor. After providing the preliminary information on the Home Advisor website, I was contacted by a representative from Guardian Roofing Systems who came out to our building and conducted an assessment. An estimate was provided the same day for a Flat/Low Slope Roof System Tear Off and Replacement. The representative informed me that we needed a lot of work done but could only give a preliminary estimate because tear off was needed to reveal the true extent of damage. Also, the project manager for Guardian stated the project would only take two days (unbelievable, the other 3 roofing proposals indicated the job would take 5-6 days to complete). Guardian presented us with two proposals, we choose the one we could afford. On Wednesday, August 21, 219 our roof replacement project began, equipment was dropped off the day before. The Guardian work crew arrived very early, ready to work each day. The crew started immediately around 7:30AM and worked until after 7:00PM, until tear off was completed. The first day was devoted to tearing off the old roof that had multiple layers, and the second day involved new roof stellation, chimney repairs, and clean-up. The project was completed Thursday evening at about 6:00 PM, August 22, 2019. A couple of unit owners on the top floors of our building were initially concerned about the impact to their unit during the project. Their concerns were addressed immediately, and they were informed that there would be little to not impact to their units, and there was not. The project was completed on time (Guardian had 15 roofers/workmen dedicated to the job, not including the project manager who was on site both days to address any questions or concerns). Pics where shared throughout the process; in fact, we received 30 pics from start to finish that showed every step of the process, including live video of work being done. After completion, the crew cleaned up debris and bricks around and inside our building. No signs of construction could be detected. We were very pleased with the level of professionalism demonstrated by Guardian throughout the process. Con: We were concerned about the debris flying off the top of the building during the initial tear off phase of the project, that included a few loose bricks from the chimney. The workers were hurling debris into the dumpsters below. This was unsettling for residents at home during this process. We should have been told prior to work commencing, to stay clear of back entrances and exits during the tear off process. We were only told to refrain from using our rear parking lot to accommodate dumpsters. Otherwise, we highly recommend Guardian Roofing Systems for your roofing project. Angelo from Guardian responded to my listing on Home Advisor immediately, and he was able to do the work the same day. I needed my downspout replaced and they also cleaned my gutters. I am very pleased with the work and would definitely use them again.

They worked around my schedule even though that wasn't an issue. Just showed up and went right at it. They did the job an a Sunday, due to weather, without any complaints. I love this father son roofing company. They were detailed on the scope that was done and advised on what repairs were going to be needed in the future. Pops explained to me detail by detail. Angelo (son) was just as informing and reassuring as well. They have great guys working for them as well. They did not leave any mess behind and were respectful with noise control as I live in a condo building and it was a Saturday.
