Forever Dry

The returned to address the leak in the newly repaired foundation and did a further repair.

Had been getting basement seepage whenever we got over 2" of rain in a few hours. Jim gave me an estimate of a very good price and the estimate was still good when I finally pulled the trigger nine months later. Came out and completed the work in about three hours. The next day, be got a deluge of over three inches of rain in just a few hours. Streets were flooding, storm sewers in the neighborhood intersections were backing up and my basement was bone dry. I should have done this years ago! Jim Is also a person who actually calls you back on the same day when you leave him a message. I could not be happier with the work! He knows what he is doing! Also, the previous week, I had to cancel our appointment because my home was without power for about 40 hours due to power lines being knocked down by a storm. When I called to cancel, Jim offered to loan me a generator. I did not take him up on it, but was floored by the offer. He knew nothing about me except that he had done an estimate and scheduled an appointment, but was still willing to offer help to someone in need. He also was able to quickly reschedule the work.

To this date, the wall and floor has been completely dry. When finished, James cleaned everything left from the repair. I am very satisfied at this time.

Jim came out to give me an estimate on repairing a crack in our basement foundation wall. Because of all the rain, he was very busy and couldn't actually do the job for a couple of weeks. They did an injection repair on the interior wall in our basement. We've had significant rain since the repair, and so far there are no signs of any leaks.

They did a great job. I have recommended them. I have not have any issues since their service.
