+ -1 moreThis guy was AWESOME! He is a genius with computer stuff! I have a laptop computer (approx. 7 years old) that was doing plenty of funky things. freezing, giving me messages saying "Memory Low, please close a window", when I had no other windows open. I took my laptop to a local " PC repair shop", spent $250.00 to have it fixed, the guy wiped the drive clean, reloaded and all my applications were gone! I asked him about it, he said it would be an additional $35 to load the apps back on. I paid, he loaded, PC did not work. Then I found EcoTech and spoke with Pete ( the owner) explained my situation, he was very sympathetic to my plight and made time to fix it within the next two days. The laptop came back perfectly and I no longer saw the blue screen of death and no more messages and it was super speedy and just simply Awesome! I thought I had to buy a new laptop, after Pete worked on it, it was just like a new laptop. Since I was running low on funds, Pete offered to allow me to trade in some older PC items as a store credit - for services provided. Pleasant, expedient, honest and fair, I can also understand his English. SO great! Highly recommend.
