We recently moved into a new house and the previous residents were heavy smokers. Even though we replaced all the carpeting and other flooring and put Kilz on the walls, there was still a slight smoke smell. I thought if we had the ductwork cleaned out, it would help to get rid of the smell. The cleaning with BB's Steamatic went OK. The service rep was very thorough in going through the entire house and sealing off all the cold air returns and heat vents. My biggest complaint is that he did not clean up around each return and vent. I did not notice this until after he had left. It took me hours to clean up after him. Unfortunately, my house still smells like cigarette smoke.

They man who cleaned the carpets was very good. The carpets were quite dirty and he did a great job getting them clean. He arrived on time and did the work for the price quoted. My father liked the company so much he asked them to come back later that week and clean the air ducts.

I used Brower Brothers to clean my bathroom floor and wall tile. Although they did a good job, they were expensive and the mold started coming back within a few months. They did come out and spot treat the area where I had a problem and it seems to be holding fine.

I didn't not end up using him, but he was great. He helped me understand my problem and made some suggestions for me. He was very knowledgeable.

We had used them prior to being members. We still have lots of dust still coming out of our ducts, the carpets were not the best, neither was the upholstery. The pricing was also fairly highly.

The service man arrived on time, cleaned the furniture and the area rugs. He went over the rug under the furniture he cleaned to get any moisture out of the rug that may have sprayed from the furniture. He tried very hard to get a large ball point pen stain out of one of the rugs, but he was unsuccessful. He apologized for that and indeed I wasn't surprised that he couldn't get that stain.

The man who did the work was great. On time, explained what he would do and explained that scotchguard would be extra. That was ok. The price was still good. He vacuumed the areas thoroughly and then sprayed a 'primer', followed by the steam cleaning. You could see it get cleaner as he went. The carpet is a very light color so the difference was striking. Terrific job, took a couple of hours and then 24 hours to totally dry.

They were very professional over the phone. I would definitely consider using them in the future. The estimate they gave me was very reasonable, but I couldn't do it because of my situation with unemployment.

I spent $ 125 on that job. The work went well from start to finish.

They did a great job on the carpets and blew the air ducts out. When we moved in, there was a very distinct smell, but we haven’t had it since. We were definitely satisfied with them and we got our money’s worth. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

They are fine. We have used them a couple of times. They always do good work. They are punctual. The price was reasonable. They are responsive and professional.

PHENOMENALLY! Jerry arrived at 10 AM when they gave me a 10-12 window. My daughter had a migraine headache, and Jerry offered to clean her room first so that she could rest. Usually when cleaning rooms, everything is put on the beds. When Jerry was done with her room, he called downstairs. She went up to find that he had moved everything from her bed to another room and MADE HER BED for her to rest! The carpet in the upstairs was great. The couch and chairs downstairs look great. Jerry not only did a great job, but cleaned the floors and baseboards near all the furniture. The recliners are still stained, but that is our fault for waiting too long to clean light colored furniture. They look 200% better than before. Jerry was very professional, kind and obviously very concerned about the people in the home. Not only would I use the service again, but I would specifically request that Jerry be sent to do the work. Oh, and before Jerry left, he did an estimate for duct cleaning for us.

It was a little dirtier than expected but I don't think it had ever been done before. There was a little dust in the basement but it definately made a big difference.

My work was scheduled for the weekend after the big rain (September 11-13, 2008) in the Chicago area. I called them on Friday to confirm the appointment. I was told they were going to reschedule my carpet cleaning because of appointments for those flooded out. After I not so calmly told them I was paying the movers to store my furniture and my house was totally empty for carpet cleaning, the person on the phone called the owner, who said okay, they would keep my appointment. They came within the appointment time and did a great job. I would definitely use them again. And I apologize to those with flood damage.

The carpet cleaning was good. He was professional. He was on time. The quality of his work was good. His price was average. His responsiveness was good.

The carpet cleaner arrived on timed, cleaned the carpet well and was very polite. The carpet was pretty dry by the next day.

This was the first time the carpet was cleaned since the home was built in 2001. Regular dirt came out, but the stains left by the previous owner's dogs did not, which I was told is common. Job was done promptly with styrofoam blocks placed below any furniture legs that could have left rust/stains on the newly cleaned carpet. Carpet was dry to the touch within a few hours.

They were very courteous and on time, but during the clean up they threw some stuff away that we felt they should've asked before. We also felt they could've been a bit more thorough on the floor cleaning. They used our water basin for clean up and left dirty water in it, as well as leaving one of their tools behind. I'm not too sure about the price; it seemed a bit high at the time.

Arrived on time, very pleasant to work with. Did a great job.

The phone representative was efficient and work was scheduled within days. Workman was prompt; he re-checked number of vents and explained the process and showed us some of the vents before cleaning. Following the cleaning, our basement was covered in dust and dirt, paint was chipped at three vents, and although he wore booties over his shoes, carpeting and walls at vent sites were smudged. This was a messier job than we had envisioned. If we had known it was such a messy project, we would have been better prepared. However we are pleased to have had it done.

Telephone sales rep. was courteous. Employee arrived on time to give estimate. Cleaner arrived on time and was very professional. No street parking available, so he had to park truck in alley & bring hoses all the way around to front. The work was good and done quickly.

He arrived 15 minutes late. I was given a time window of 1-3 and no one called to tell me that he was going to be late. The chairs and carpet looked good.
