Description of Work: They removed drywall brought out fans and dehumidifier for flooded basement. I had already removed carpet as this flood happened last year when power was out for almost 24 hours so they were pretty swamped and couldn't get to meet for about a week or more . I had no complaints they came in and did what they said they would do I think the price was a little high but their service was in high demand

+ -1 moreTECHNICIAN WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. HE DID A MEDIOCRE JOB AT EXPLAINING THE CLEANING PROCESS. WHEN FINISHED, HE SHOWED ME 'BEFORE AND AFTER' PICTURES, I DIDN'T SEE A BIG DIFFERENCE. HE DIDN'T WANT TO PUT THE REGISTERS BACK TOGETHER AND OFFERED A CREDIT FOR US TO DO IT. THE AIR CONDITIONER STOPPED WORKING. TECHNICIAN CAME OUT TO FIX IT. A DAY LATER,THE TEMP WAS 78 WITH THERMOSTAT SET AT 70. TECHNICIAN CHECKED FILTER. IT WAS FILTHY. WE CALLED TO REPORT TO BROUWER. THEY SENT ANOTHER TECHNICIAN WHO CLEANED THE DUCTS AGAIN. AC IS WORKING FINE AND THE ODOR IN THE HOUSE IMPROVED.
Description of Work: CLEANED AIR DUCTS IN A RECENTLY PURCHASED RAISED RANCH. HOUSE HAD AN ODOR FROM BEING DIRTY, SMOKERS, AND HAD BEEN CLOSED UP AND VACANT FOR SOME TIME. DUCTS WERE CLEANED AFTER NEW FURNACE AND AC UNIT WAS INSTALLED.
