We recently had all 26 of our windows, our front door/storm door, and our inner garage entry door replaced by US Window and Door, and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. This is not a paid review, but I did a lot of research for this, our first big home update project EVER, and I'm hoping that sharing our experience will help somebody else with this same decision! We were fairly nervous about the process but the whole process from start to finish was very streamlined and easy - the owner, Eric, helped us select the best windows for our price point, designed a beautiful, modern front door and sidelight for our foyer, and helped us get interest-free financing for the whole project. The door is gorgeous and the windows are double-paned and great quality - I have no doubt we'll see a difference in our electric bill. Our old windows were 30 years old and let in/out a lot of air - but with our new windows, we don't even feel a temperature difference going from our main floor to the upstairs anymore. I was super nervous about the installation too, because we had our two toddlers home that day, but Vasyl and his team were great and didn't bat an eye about working around us. They were polite, on time, professional, and did a great job cleaning everything up once they were done. The whole team at US Window and Door has been polite, quick to respond, and so helpful and respectful of our requests during the whole process. The owner himself came out to paint the inner garage entry door once it was installed because it got a little scuffed when it was delivered to them. We were so impressed by our whole experience that we've already contracted them to replace both of big garage doors this fall. Honestly, we cannot recommend this company enough - we got a great price, great product, great customer service, and we liked knowing that we supported local families rather than some faceless big company.

From start to finish we were so impressed with Eric and US window and door. We had gotten other quotes and ranges of ideas from other companies. Eric truly listened to our needs and suggested different types of patio doors and storm doors. He was a pleasure to work with. Installation was done quickly as well.
