Jeff was great to work with, he reached out to us quickly after I requested a quote and met shortly after to review what was needed to be done. He was very timely and kept in contact with us throughout the process. His repair work of some of our damaged wood on the front of our house as well as the removal and replacement of a post was very professional! He even replaced the damaged downspout that was connected to the post. Jeff's eye for detail and professional work are great, and I will be recommending him!

Jeff Ryan responded to my request for help for a section of siding on the wall of my house above the peak of the attached garage. After inspection of the the problem, we discussed several additional siding and related jobs which I had been considering. We agreed on the work and the price. Jeff used his experience and knowledge to construct a makeshift scaffold to enable him to access the loose siding and secure it in its proper position. He also modified my front door, installing two decorative columns. Jeffâ s work was first class, clean and professional. Thus was basically a waste of time. Nice enough guy but after looking at my house said he was not equipped to handle the job (after forgetting which house I was). Why did home advisor recommend if he was not equipped? Very disappointing.

Had 2 small pieces of siding come off/damaged (storm damage and some sloppy work of other contractors), found Jeff on HomeAdvisor and called him, he came out the next day, assessed the work, ordered the pieces (went through 4 or 5 suppliers and was able to find a very good match). Took some time to get it (they did not have it in stock so he had to wait couple weeks). Once he had the pieces he came out and installed in less than 2 hours. Did a quick walk-through too and fixed a small issue with the siding that I didn't even see. The cost was very low. Highly recommend. Thank you Jeff!

Jeff called me back immediately. He came out to my home the next day, assessed the work to be done and fixed the first part that day. The second part of the job required Jeff to find some siding that matched ours (old pattern). After several days Jeff called us with the good news. He had found a match. Jeff came the next day and fixed the holes in our siding. Jeff was extremely professional, nice and fair. I would hire him again in a minute.

Jeff came out quickly and replaced the broken facia on our roof. Very good work and very reasonable price.

Jeff came out and gave a reasonable estimate to remove 113-year-old decayed crown molding someone had used as part of the fascia in the rear of my old house, along with decayed fascia. He built new soffit as needed and replaced the fascia, caulked as needed, and also rehung the gutters. Even helped shore up an old basement entryway with new wood on request (not part of original job). I have had a lot of different jobs down on this old house this year, and Jeff Ryan has been the most responsive and fairly-priced of all. Will definitely use him again!

-Jeff came out to look at the job and said he would come back the next morning to do the work. Came back as promised work was done but he also found another piece of siding that was not put on correctly and he fixed that one too and didn't charge anything extra! I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

I will hire the both of them back any time, as a senior you have to be careful of the people that you let into your home and they are great. Also, by me being a senior, my money counts and I appreciate all of the work that they have done for me.
