+ -1 moreSensor was replaced in dryer. Took 10 minutes. He unscrewed the back of the dryer while I held it forward. Took off sensor and put on new sensor. Screwed the back of the dryer on and left.
Description of Work: Dryer stopped heating. Replaced the small sensor valued at $15. Took maybe 10 minutes. i felt I was way over charged for such a small task.

+ -1 moreHe always comes quickly, is neat, polite and informative, and his repairs have always worked the first time. Today, on the phone, he went above and beyond; we're not sure we want to spend any more money on this elderly machine, so he TALKED ME through taking the front panel off to see if something was stuck in the pump! He was very patient, and he knew exactly what to look for at each step of the way. Turned out we didn't find anything, but taking it apart and putting it back together seems to have reduced the problem for now. I would absolutely recommend R.E.S. to anyone in the area, for any large appliance repair.
Description of Work: RES (sorry, I can't remember the guy's name) has been out to repair our aging washer several times, each time for something different. The most recent visit was to replace the controller, which he apologized for costing so much, but that's the kind this washer uses.

+ -1 moreI called them and they came out the same day. They were courteous, straight-forward and worked quickly. They did not have the belt I needed on-hand but quickly went to retrieve it.
Description of Work: The company repaired my washing machine. They repaired a broken belt. They also gave me an estimate for another part but recommended that I not spend the money as it would be better spent towards a new machine.
