Michael responded very quickly to our request for service. He gave us insights to our system that we were not aware of. He installed a new thermostat that works much better than the one we had. We appreciated the fast service.

HVAC person was very thorough, explainecd the problem very clearly, and took care of only what needed to be fixed.

Mike was through and polite. He is knowledgeable about all things radiator, he was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Mike made an emergency call for an air conditioning problem even though it was very hot and late.He made necessary repairs and responded quickly.

I previously wrote a review and I wanted to be a little more clear as to my experience with Priority Group. Michael came to repair my a/c, he responded to my inquiry right away. During the inspection of my unit, he was walking up my basement stairs and hit his head.on my window. In my previous review I mentioned the "accident" but did not elaborate. Michael left my residence, went to the doctor and received stitches, retrieved the part and STILL came back to do the work. I would have completely understood if he could not complete the job due to the injury, but he insisted he was fine. I appreciated his commitment to his work and would recommend him to anyone.
