We couldn't have had a better experience. Michael responded immediately, diagnosed the problem, had parts over-nighted and installed the next day. Called the next day to see everything was running correctly. Would definitely recomend this company.

Mike was great. My aging a/c failed in the middle of a hot summer and Mike got it working for another week until he could come in and install a new one. It turned out that my furnace wasn't compatible with a new a/c unit, and Mike spent many hours in my house customizing a solution. I have never seen customer service like that.

Priority Group operated by Mike Amelio returns every call in a timely manner. He is very thorough in diagnosing, explaining and fixing the problem. The process of fixing our AC unit was clear and easy to understand. The Cullom Flats Condo Association will use Priority Group again.

I called Mike out to fix my airconditioner in the morning. He was really fantastic about rearranging his appointments so that he could fit me in without inconviencing other customers. While I was waiting for my upcoming appt. time I tried to get my airconditioner to start and lo and behold it began working. I called Mike asap and he was very nice about my last minute cancellation. I know that Mike went to a lot of work to arrange his day and I really appreciated his professionalism. If I have anymore trouble with my system I will certainly be calling Priority Group, Inc. I was given a price of $100.00 by the service person who responded to my reques; I was billed $240.00 with no notification of the pricing change before the work was done.The invoice indicated two(2) hours of work at a rate of $120.00 when the service person spent 45minutes on the initial visit and 20minutes on the second visit. Appointments were not timely, calls were made at the last minute to change appointments, the service person was over three (3) hours late for the initial appt.. The main focus was for us to replace our AC system which is only 7years old.. I am having a second review done at a cost that is lower than this group

Mike was very honest and efficient. He was able to fix my air conditioner so that I would not have to buy a new one. He was friendly and gave me the worst scenario and the best scenario. I would highly recommend Mike.

Michael explained important information about my problem. He gave me three options based on that information. He began work ASAP. He was allowed access to my condo unit and I found him completely trust worthy.

1st, $180 for Sunday Visit. He gave me a gloom and doom story, my furnace was unsafe and should be replaced. 30 minutes total time @ my house, the furnace was working and 2 hours later it wasn't again. He quoted the fix was a $500 repair or $3000 to replace it. I got a 2nd opinion. The 2nd opinion verified Priority was wrong and came up with a different diagnosis and would only cost me $350, but they told me my furnace was safe. I replaced the furnace anyway, for $1600.

Very honest contractor and an all around great guy! He's a keeper! After unreasonable bids and advice from other contractors, Mike came out and took care of the problem for a fraction of the cost. I would reccomend this company to everyone and all of my family and friends! Great job, thanks Mike!
