+ -1 moreMike was a bit later than he originally stated, but we had about 6" of snow overnight, and I received both an email and a phone call. saying he was going to be late. He was friendly and professional. I would recommend Mike to anyone who needs furnace or AC work done. He took down the stats on the humidifier as it may not be the correct unit for my furnace, and said he will follow up in a couple days.
Description of Work: I had ABC install a furnace about 2 years ago, but it wasn't heating up. Mike called me back at 6:00am and came out to fix my furnace. He also noted that when it was installed, the humidifier wasn't hooked up to work.
