We're just perplexed by the lack of response. We actually hired Corey about 3 years ago and we were very pleased with everything. We tried contacting him last year for a subsequent issue and he never called back. We tried again this year for help with a Tivo box not working and again, he never responded to the two messages I left. I notice the website does not seem to be working. Is he still in business? Maybe Angie's List should check.

Cory never had the courtesy to respond to nay of my several attempts to contact him.
So heaven knows what would happen if you hired him and he disappeared.
Clearly too busy to need Angie's List members work or to respond.

Great experience. John came out the day after I contacted him. Digital signal reception is great. Much better than the individual antennas I had been using. I have had no issues. It was a pleasure doing business with Net 1, and I don't view most businesses that way.

Corey has provided us with a solution to the digitizing and pixelation now prevalent on digital antenna broadcasts.  It was driving us nuts.  Corey studied our situation, suggested about three possible solutions.  Actually tried several options with us.  There was no rush.  We went a new antenna and were mostly pleased.  When the problem began to reoccur, Corey came back and again spent time working on options.  When we selected new equipment, he only charged us a reasonable upgrade fee.  I feel he is honest and provides us the best solution for the best value.  I would not hesitate to recommend or call on Corey again.  An easy and earned five star  recommendation.

The first time Corey came, he looked around and evaluated everything and did a quick fix on our tv.  He did not charge for the evaluation/recommendation, just for the new hd cable, very reasonable.  He recommended the sonos system  and some pieces to add.  He came and did the install and it went perfectly well.  Super easy.  He will come back in the spring to work on our patio sound.  Corey was great.  I would recommend him to anyone.  Solid guy.

Called the night before to verify appointment. Came right at the time he said he could come. Replaced the old antenna with a new much smaller unit that works much better. He checked cables to make sure it was in good condition or he would have replaced if needed. Scanned all the TV to make sure they all got the channels they were supposed to. Very professional at a very reasonable price, would highly recomend.

Definitely one of the most professional and knowledgeable people I have experienced in his business. Corey was instantly responsive answering his phone each time I called him on the first couple of rings. He came when he said he would, and charged exactly what he said he would. His work was  neat and professional including all the cabling, the antenna and appropriate connectors. He hid each of the cables as well as possible keeping the outside of the house reasonably free from unsightly cable. I checked the inside of the cable box and even there his work was extraordinarily well done. He was respectful of our home and kept mud and dirt out. He checked each TV to be certain all stations were scanned and then explained to my daughter and me how to use the TV with antenna.

We discussed our situation over the phone and Corey gave me
a tentative quote over the phone with the understanding that extra equipment
could be involved, which would add to the price.  Because we are in a
difficult area and have had trouble in the past receiving over the air TV, he
brought out several antennas and the amplifier we may or may not need.
He arrived right on time and ready to start the job after discussing
what we wanted done and what our expectations were.  He explained what he
would do before starting.  He needed to reconfigure the existing coax
cabling in the attic and basement as well as multiple TVs on different levels
in the house from the configuration cable. When he tested the system, there was
a problem with one station. He made several attempts to correct the problem but
was unsuccessful before he had to leave. Corey explained a couple of other
options he could try and he would be back on Thursday with a tripod mount for
the roof and two length masts to get the antenna even higher. 
Thursday Corey was promptly on time and ready to work.  We discussed the interference issue with him
before proceeding.  We mutually agreed that
the best course of action is to not install the antenna and go back to cable TV
until the source of the interference can be identified and rectified
Corey went back to work undoing all his previous cabling
changes, re-installing the cable TV equipment and removing his equipment.  He made sure all the TVs were working
properly and everything else was in its proper place. 
We expected to pay for services even though we were not able
to utilize the antenna. Corey did not charge us for any of his time, travel or
equipment. In today?s world this is unheard of and we were surprised that he
would not accept even a partial payment. His comment was to provide good
customer service. He certainly did in all aspects and I
will use has services every chance I have and I will be recommending him to
anyone who I hear needs any of his services. 
You can bet I will call him again once this interference issue is
corrected.  Corey and Plugged In get the
most positive review possible.      

Corey Kendrick from Plugged In Audio-Video was a pleasure to work with. We have been trying to get rid of our cable bill but were getting confused with all the options out there. We finally decided it was worth the expense of bringing in someone who does this for a living. Corey was very professional from the beginning and very knowledgable on this subject. He spent time on the phone and here at our house discussing and explaining various options. The actual work for Corey we decided on was installing an outdoor digital antenna. We live on the 3rd floor of of a 3-flat. Corey supplied the antenna that he recommended so we didn't have to shop for one. He was prompt for the scheduled appointment. He handled all the work of mounting the antenna on the roof, running and attaching the cable into our condo, and helping us set up the TV. The antenna has to be positioned properly to receive the most available channels. Everything works great. We didn't do a cost comparison, but the $350.00 we paid for Corey's time to consult with us, and the materials/labor provided seemed reasonable to us. I would highly recommend his services.

I first talked with Corey and told him I was looking to have an antenna installed. We went over a game plan, he gave me a cost, and we set an appointment for the following week. All of this took about 15 minutes.
John showed up on time the day of the installation. I showed him where everything was, and he took it from there. After the antenna was installed he came inside and made sure that all of the TVs I needed hooked up (3) were up and running. He then gathered up his tools and left, the whole process taking about two hours.
Very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge from these guys. It was nice to kick back and relax knowing that everything was being taken care of. Installation was a week ago and I have not had any problems, though I'm sure if I did they would take care of it. Will definitely use in the future!!

I was very happy with the service, installation, and the product.He also  made sure my entire home theater system was working correctly with the new antenna.

From the first time we had contact with Corey it was great. I had called him to ask some questions and he spent a lot of time on the phone with me. He told me what all we would need and answered all my questions. He provided me with a written quote and the work preformed did not exceed the quoted amount. Corey showed up at our house on time and spent 3 hours here setting up the antennas. He tried putting both in the attic, but was not satisfied with the signal from the Milwaukee one. He went up on the roof and removed our old dish and installed the Milwaukee antenna. After that he was still not satisfied and then installed an amplifier which he did not charge us for! Once he was done installing he ran channel scans on both tv's to make sure everything worked. We were very pleased and would recommend working with Plugged in Audio Video.

Everything went great!  Very professional and thorough.  Scheduled appointment and service quickly.  Cleaned up everything when finished and moved furniture back in place.  I couldn't have envisioned a better experience.  Spent time with me on the phone prior to scheduling to discuss antenna selection.  I didn't want pay for cable or satellite television anymore, so I wanted to be sure all HD air stations would come in clearly to every room in the house.   Also, wanted to access internet throught TV to supplement HD air programming and purchase of movies.  The antenna selected was inconspecuous (small, but powerful) and mounted on chimmney so that it was not visible from street.  The reception is fabulous.  The cabling that was already installed in the house was problemmatic, but they  spent all the time needed to work though the unique issues in the house and found a solution to get everything operable in each room.  I'm technologically challeged.  Very pleased that they were patient with me and walked me through how to operate the "smart" television and it's internet access.  Tjhey promised to come back if I encountered in issues with work that was done. So far no issues.  I will definitely us them for future audio visual work I plan to have done.
