They are very thorough, they do excellent work, and their cleanup is meticulous. Their professionalism is outstanding.I would highly recommend them.

They were very expensive, so we decided not to use them. They showed up on time for the estimate.

The man walked around the house and did the measurements. He told me I had a lot of work to do and that I should sell. The man told me that they would call me back with an estimate, I get mailings from them but I never got an estimate or a follow-up estimate.

The experience was excellent. Their customer service was really good and they were very thorough. They were very upfront about the costs. I would hire them again in the future.

I spoke to the guy coming out to look at the roof and told him that I would not be home, but my son would be home. He came by the house. A week later I still don't have the proposal in the mail. I call Mega and they explain that he didn't want to leave it with my 16 year old son. I asked them to mail it. Two weeks later, still nothing. I was surprised that I had to call and request the proposal, and even more surprised that even after that, they never sent it! I will not call them again, even though they were referred to me by a friend.

They have been wonderful so far. Mike came on-time to do the estimate, and he walked around the house with me to get detailed information on exactly what I needed done. He has been great about helping me remember and asking me questions to make sure he does a thorough job. I got the estimate in the promised time via email, and I am in the process of scheduling work with them. I have been nothing but pleased.

They are very good about communicating, both written and over the phone. They have good follow-up and making sure you are a satisfied customer. They are great company. They are punctual. They also send out questionnaires and I have received coupons for the next job I need them to do. I will use them again.

The company was very responsive and worked with us to determine our needs and wants. After the initial home visit we decided not to proceed with some of the work because of the company's recommendation. One of their partner agencies did not respond to our request for home insulation, but Mega was persistent in finding us someone who would respond until we were satisfied.

We provided all the supplies and they provided the labor. They did a great job from start to finish. From the first call to the estimate, to engineer, workers and even the subcontractor s right down to the end when the clean up crew came, they all did a terrific job. What I loved was that when all was said and done, it turned out better than I ever expected. This company made the process smooth.

They were prompt and had great customer service. They always came back on time until the plumbing was straightened out, which I really appreciated. They were courteous and very clean. I would recommend them to other people in need of this type of service.

He did a dine job and was fast. I had a coupon for $100 off from previous home repairs which the honored. The total cost was $90. It was worth it.

I have called the Mega company twice. Once to ask about having a steel chimney chace replaced. I was told they would do the work if I got the chace from a distributor! To me, knowing where to get the chace and actually getting it is why I called them. In the second instance we called because another contractor re-roofed our house five years ago and while their work was good the shingles they used were defective. We received a warranty credit for new shingles from the manufacturer and called Mega about the installation. I was even going have the material delivered to the site from the distributor. They wouldn't even have to go get it! Instead of providing customer service and estimating what I had asked for they said they would replace the roof with their recommended shingles and were going to charge me over twice the cost. They evidently weren't interested in the work in either case. Customer SERVICE is not their forte.

My experience was great. The salesperson was knowledgeable, helpful, arrived on time, and kept in touch. He made sure the work was done to accommodate the kitchen designer's needs and my schedule. The workman who installed the window came prepared, knowing exactly what he had to do, arrived on time, worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. The office staff was pleasant and professional. Great installation and follow-up!

Excellent service, very professional, and intelligent. The only downfall was that the price was rather expensive, I received other quotes for half this price.

They arrived on-time and finished my roof (with clean-up) in one day. (My roof is small.) Although there bid was a touch higher than others I received, the estimator took more time to explain our options. I would highly recommend them.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. THE JOB WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION. THERE WAS SLIGHT COLLATERAL DAMAGE, BUT IT WAS REPAIRED QUICKLY AND AGAIN TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION. THE ROOF LOOKS TERRIFIC, I WOULD RECOMMEND MEGA TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NEW ROOF.

EXCELLENT WORK, DONE QUICKLY AND ON TIME. COMPANY SURVEYED PROPOSED WORK WITH THEIR ENGINEER, THEY GOT THE PERMIT FROM THE VILLAGE. COMPLETED CLEAN UP AFTER EACH DAY'S WORK, OUR YARD, PATIO AND FRONT STOOP WERE SPOTLESS AFTER EACH DAY'S WORK. 3 DAYS AND THEY WERE DONE. THEY SENT 3 MEN TO DO WORK, I DIDN'T GET THEIR NAMES, BUT THEY WORKED WELL WITH EACH OTHER AND DID GREAT WORK.

AFTER GETTING COMPETITIVE BIDS, MEGA WAS RIGHT IN THE BALLPARK ON PRICE, LEAD TIME, ETC. THEY WERE ON TIME WITH ENOUGH CREW TO COMPLETE THE JOB IN 2 DAYS. THEY HAD A TRUCK ON SITE TO HAUL AWAY DEBRIS AND CLEANED UP FOLLOWING WORK. EXTENSIVE UNDERLAYMENT REPLACEMENT (VARIABLE COST). I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED AN ALERT BEFORE FINDING OUT HOW MUCH WAS INCURRED. OTHERWISE, A GREAT EXPERIENCE. HAVE DEFINITE PLANS TO HAVE THEM DO MORE WORK HERE.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL PERFORMANCE.
