Originally they were nice to work with them. They originally responded quickly, now they are contending they had verbal agreement to change shingles. They did not finish the trim around the top of the roof. They did not put down plywood. They were suppose to put GAF Royal Sovereign Fiberglass shingles and they did not and did not tell us. Neither did they leave any extra shingles left over. The shingles pulled away from the flashing resulting in leakage. They did not install proper flashing around soil pipe. Neither did they put decking down.

They were very nice, on time and knew what they were talking about. I was very happy with them but the price was outside my insurance budget. Because it was only an insurance problem, I would always consider them for another project in the future.

Had some issues getting them out but when they finally got here he was really nice. They were the most expensive by a lot so weeweeded up using someone else

They were very clean and protected all the parts that needed to be protected. They did a thorough job and were friendly and courteous.

I called 3 roofers from Angie's List, all "A" rated. Two gave me quotes for a new roof for $8,000, but Mega Home Improvement's quote was $16,000. Obviously I did not go with them.

What should have not taken more than two or three weeks ended up taking almost five months. Except for a few brief instances with two workers, the bulk of the time work was performed by one man from 9AM to 3-3:30 PM with one hour lunch. They were polite and neat. The work was professional but they took too much time to complete the job. They promised to make a sewer connection on two occasions, but "forgot" to include it in the contract. I guess it was my fault that I didn't notice it. The connection took a few hours and I was charged $1,500.00. A terrible decision to have hired them. If you want a bird house built or a porch repaired they are probably who you want. But if your job will require more than a week or two, forget it. At that point they will be in it over their head.

Prompt responses from initial vendor visit to installer to job completion walk-through. Attention to work detail was excellent and very happy with completed results. Vendor's 15yr warranty on the work is an excellent feature.

It was a long term project, lasting a couple of months. We made many changes that they were very accommodating to. Know in advance that they contract out a lot of work, ask what they do themselves and what they have other experts do. Prices seem a little high. I have used them again and do recommend them to anybody looking for any work to be done to a house or deck.

They did a fantastic job. I even agreed to make a commercial for them. They do everything including plumbing work. I liked them really well. They not only fixed the roof, but the cleanup was the catch and it doesn't leak anymore. I have an elderly dog, so I was worried if I don't get home right away and if it tries to pick up any nails. Then I had to get off the ladder to make sure they have done the roofing because I looked around and everything was gone. It was like they must haven't even been here today. The whole roofing is beautiful. It was great because they did everything right at the time when they said they were going to do. They don't take any payment at all, until they have completely finished and happy with it, which I really liked. First, the salesman showed up and he did his own measurements. He gave me an estimate. His name is Domanuf. He was the first guy. Then the engineer had to come by, and double-check the measurements. They all were very nice. Everybody was really pleasant. They were a little bit higher than everybody else. I liked the fact that they were pleasant, and they showed up when they were supposed to. I liked the fact that they didn't put anything down. They were a little bit pricier, but it was worth it. Being a single woman owning the house, they sounded very nice to me and that was a good feeling.

The salesman was very nice but I am going with someone else. It was very nice service and they were thorough with the paperwork.

We had no problem with them. They have been very good and very nice. The jobs turned out very good and we were very satisfied.

They a terrific job. They placed railings along the edges of the stoop and it looks wonderful. They cleaned everything up each and everyday. Their price was a little higher, but we are very pleased with the outcome.

The work turned out perfect. I was very pleased. They were awesome. They finished everything in a timely manner. They didn't rush. They were very professional, honest and I felt comfortable with them on the project and I knew I didn't need to worry about anything. I thought they were great workers and I was sorry to see them leave. I was completely satisfied with the experience. They cleaned up after themselves after they left each day. If I had any questions they were always glad to answer and explain.

They were great. They seemed to be little expensive but I went with them because I wanted to have some peace of mind. They were very confident, upfront and conscientious. Now that I had more information on how to move forward I’m not sure whether I will use them again because I have more confidence and for people who are not unsure I would surely recommend them. I think that I would have got a lesser price than that from someone else as I was having a lot of renovations going on but I didn’t know that. They have quality of windows and I’m not unhappy with how quick they were and they were very responsive. If I can save some money and it’s really a financial problem otherwise I would definitely work with them.

We got his referral from on radio and some friends. They did an excellent work. We built a home in 2000. We had trouble with the leak around the windows ever since the house was built. We went back to the builder and he fixed it but it last for a while. We contacted Mega who came and repaired it. Everything seemed to be okay. With all the rains of the spring, we determined that it wasn't fixed. They came back, found the leak deep inside the siding and fixed it again. We had another month of rain since then but there is no leak. They did not charge us anything else other than what we had paid last autumn. They were very good and prompt. They come out when they say they would come out. They are very helpful. They clean up after themselves. We are really very happy with them. In fact they had no idea where to go and they were doing some in-depth work on the outside of the house. They came back and redid it because it was not fixed. They stood by their original price. I think we definitely got him on his worth. They came out early and they were always on time. They always called ahead to say that they were on their way.

They seemed to be pretty professional and thorough in their estimation process. I am happy so far. It took a little while to get the estimate, but that is alright since they seemed to be thorough.

They've been great to work with and the pricing was fair.

I was well-satisfied with he work. They requested no money down and finances weren't even discussed until the work was completed and it was looked over by a supervisor.

Thorough evaluation of the rest of our roof, gutters, fascia, and siding to determine if there was any other wind damage we hadn't yet noticed. The worker arrived at the time anticipated. We were even able to arrange for him to call my cell as he was headed to our house so that I could meet him there. The actual work was done well. I'm pleased with the results. The cleanup was great - there was no trace of anything on the ground. What I really liked was that the day of the review/estimate, the worker actually did some tacking of the damaged pieces so that there'd be minimal water/snow damage before the actual work could be done the next day. I continue to be very pleased with Mega Home Improvement.

I decided not to use them to get the work done. I am sure they would have done a wonderful job, but their proposal was over twice as much as the second bidder. I then ended up with a really great contractor. They seemed a little bit pushy. They were absolutely professional and pretty responsive to my questions. I might consider getting a quote from them for a smaller job. I am sure they are worth it, but not that much worth. So I wouldn’t use their services again.

After all the good things I heard and read about them, the son came out and everyone was really nice and then I could not have anyone call me back. They continued to send me emails and in the end we went with someone else since they did not have the product we wanted.

Came out for an estimate. Was about $2500 more then another contractor...same product etc. Sales person was polite, on time etc. Just wasn't competitive price wise on siding.

Overall, I was pleased and the bathroom looks beautiful. The project manager made some great suggestions especially where lighting is concerned that I never thought of and am thrilled with (I would never have thought of halogen pot lights in addition to the decorative fixture, and I love them!) The work was all done by one man, with the exception of the electrical and painting. In particular, the tile is beautiful. The subway tile on the walls is amazing. The floors look great. This is a major accomplishment, because of the age of the house nothing is square or true, and yet he very skillfully lined everything up so that the odd-shaped cuts are hidden and not noticed. The company advertises their cleanliness and respect for your home and this is a true claim - every day I came home from work it was clean and all materials neatly stacked in the adjacent room. When the job was finished it was immaculate and sparkling. There were, however, some issues which I should mention. First, I was talked into letting them take my doors (solid cypress, one side of which was painted and I intended to strip, the other was natural wood with the original shellac finish) to strip the paint side for me. I was reluctant as these doors are irreplaceable, but gave in. As a result, one of the doors had the finished side stripped which I was emphatic I did NOT want, and one had the center panel badly damaged (not fixable). I can't say how they would have responded had I asked them to fix the stripped door (matching stains so it looks like the surrounding trim in the rest of the house will be a nightmare I still have not tackled) - but I did not ask, at that point I just didn't want them touched anymore. Also, the shower head had extremely poor flow that only got worse when the job was done. The contractor mentioned this to me, and chalked it up to a low-flow head. However, I took it apart and found good sized pieces of wood caught in the screen in the shower head - apparently wood chips got in the pipe when it was pushed up through the sill plate. I had to clean it out twice before it was fine. In my opinion, he should have easily found this issue had he bothered to take it apart and look after noting the low flow. This company does advertise that you don't pay them in full until you are happy with the work but in my case the worker asked me to leave him a check on the final day of his work in my home before I had seen the finished product (I had to work and could not be home while the project was done.) In the 2 years since it was done, the caulking between tub/tile and floor/wall has begun to peel up (not sure how long that should last), and I just noticed little circles in a few spots on the ceiling where the screw heads in the drywall are. Other than that, it has held up well. Despite the issues, I am happy overall and would consider using them again - but I have learned a lesson about being more assertive and insistent on my end.

The quality of work, professional behaviour availability and responsiveness were all top notch. Mega provided a creative solution to address structural inperfections, providing a finished product that is stunning.

After I called them, they promptly send someone out to estimate the job. They also contacted their painting contractor, who came out and estimated the painting. Within two weeks after I accepted their bid, they called to let me know when they would do the work. Within a couple of days after they finished, the painting contractor sent a crew to do the painting.
