+ -1 moreI really like them a lot. I feel they deliver the most for the price they charge. They are very responsive to needs and questions. They bill monthly. The price ranges depending on what movies we pick up. It is between $60-70 a month.
Description of Work: I use Dish for my satellite TV provider.

+ -1 moreOverall, I am happy with the day to day service provided by Dish Network. The man who came to my home was prompt and efficient. After about a year with Dish, our DVR unexpectedly failed. This meant we lost all programs recorded on the hard drive. We called for technical support/customer service and did not receive a very helpful reception. We were told "this sometimes happens" and there was nothing that could be done other than replacing the unit. We did receive a replacement DVR, which we only had to pay for part of the cost. I guess what disappointed me was the representative was quite unfriendly and brusque. We asked to speak to a manager and were told there was no manager was on duty, but someone would call us back. We never received a call.
Description of Work: I had Dish network service (through previously through one company, now through another) installed in my home. I have been using Dish service and a Dish DVR for about two years.
