Dennis Oâ Toole was the contractor on this job. His worker, Frank, does halfway decent work but Dennis Oâ Toole likes to put in cheap product not even sure if he actually uses the BCI manufacturing product.. he has thevcustomer signa contract even if the work is not completed he does expect to be paid fully .if he isnâ t paid in full he has threaten the customer and threaten to take the customer to court and put a lien against my home if he did not have full payment after he felt this job was complete ..when it Wasnâ t.. I feel this is a bait and switch type of situation with Dennis Oâ Toole ..all I can say is buyer beware and good luck

Dennis Oâ Toole is the contractor on this job. There are so many things that I would like to say but I would like to basically sum this up by saying my first mistake was that I signed a contract with Dennis.. also he does not say that they do not paint the bathroom after the remodel.. painting is not includedâ ¦This company did a shotty job with bathroom remodel.. Dennis always had an excuse when there was an issue.. also Dennis threatened me and said if I didnâ t pay the rest of the money that I owed him for this job (that was not completed) he would put a lien against my home and also take me to court. He reminded me that he has a signed contract.. . He did offer to come back (not him )but his worker to fix what the problems were but I kept finding more and more problems and nothing was ever a problem for him ..even though the bathroom was not a completed job Dennis expected balance of payment .due and owed..Dennis will discredit my review ..thatâ s what he does.. he goes back on these sites and he will have a very long explanation to credit himself and to discredit a former customer. Please!!! buyer beware of this Consultant.. please look elsewhere to save yourself a lot of money because heâ s super over priced and expects to be paid even though the project isnt even completed!!â ¦He uses cheap materials â ¦.

These guys are experts they are very meticulous and they are very nice and they like their work and theyâ ve been doing this for over 25 years. I could not see anything better about these guys.

Dennis, Frank, and Kenneth all contributed in this project. They were on time, conscientious, clean and communicative. I would recommend this team anytime you are in need of Bath/shower remodeling.

Dennis was great to work with, and the installed we had was so skilled and finished everything with great detail. I feel the final price was excellent compared to what I was initially expecting.

The workers came on time, did not lag on work but worked consistently, did a fantastic job within one day and cleaned up very nice behind themselves. The shower and tub are beautifully crafted for an affordable price and completed on time. Dennis O toole, the owner, is thorough and comes back twice to check on his workers. I would use again and definitely recommend. I am very glad I choose Bath Consultants.

This is my first time writing a review (for anything). feel that I need to do so now. I recently contracted with Dennis O Toole with Bath Consultants to remove an old cast iron tub and create a new shower in my very small bathroom. The workers came on the appointed day and removed the tub and created a wall for the shower surround. The next day, I noticed that the opening in the shower was a little more than a half-inch wider at the top than at the bottom. I called Dennis and he said that houses are never straight and that the glass man would make the glass fit just fine. Six days later, the glass man came and Dennis said he was coming too. After the glass man left, we noticed that the shower doors closed completely, but when you went inside the shower and closed the doors the opposite way, then there was a 1/2 inch gap at the top of each door, enough to stick my fingers through. I waited for Dennis to show up. After two hours I decided to call, but I also decided to check my credit card before I did. He did take the balance out of my credit card for the work done. When I called Dennis, he said he was not nearby and did not remember telling me he would be stopping over. He said he was not able to make it until Friday. I did tell him that I noticed that he took the remaining money from my credit card within the hour that the shower doors were installed and that I would have thought that he would have made sure I was happy with the bathroom before he charged my account. $5400.00 is a lot of money. Today is Sunday and I have never heard back from him. The moral of this story is that I will be happy with my crooked shower the way it is, remember, they built the wall; and from now on I will not give any contractor my credit card information upfront so they have the liberty to charge me as they please. Thank you, I feel this needs to be said.

Dennis communicated expectations and options well. After getting several quotes from companies doing similar work, his pricing was far below the others. His crew finished ahead of schedule and explained different options as well. Would definitely hire again.

Replaced my tub / shower and redid the walls. They did fantastic work and I'm very pleased with how fast and clean they are. Most definitely will recommend.

They manufacture their own bath liner so you know it’s good quality. After consulting with other pros we surprisingly found that we were able to stay within if not under our budget and we are able to get the tiled look with design with BCI whereas; the other pros charged more and be able to change counter tops and bath fixtures. The owner met with us about the project and he is very nice and gave suggestions. He also works with you to ensure you get the desired outcome. We are excited to get this started in December and I can’t wait to see the end results.
