The service was fast, they did a shower conversion, I got Rid of my old cast iron tub with a tub and wall liner, all in one day about 6,7 hours they were done,it looks good I'm happy!

An excellent experience! Received a call almost immediately after I put in my Home Advisor request, got a quick and reasonable estimate and the work was completed promptly and accurately. I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me on a "dream bathroom" I was not asking for - I could tell they were actually listening to and assessing my needs for this tub surround project. The workers were prompt, friendly, clean and professional, and they got it done sooner than I thought they would. I would definitely hire BCI again for any bath remodeling I do in the future!

Everything was done very professionally. They arrived exactly on time and finished much faster than I expected. That included moving some plumbing and installing the shower surround and new shower doors. They were thoughtful in regard to being careful with entering on the carpeting and very respectful. Highly recommended.

-Bath Consultants was prompt in its response to HomeAdvisor referral (others weren't). At my request the on-site estimate was developed into two projects (shower surround and sink faucet). I chose them for the shower. -They were able to accommodate my need for a quick scheduling of the estimate (less than a week) and the actual work (within 2 weeks of estimate). -The workers (team of 3) arrived on schedule and the work took the expected time, a good portion of the day. -The planned work (shower surround, 2nd floor) was well done in terms of removal of old tile, modification of plumbing for newer shower, prep of wall surface, and the visible finishes of the actual surround, new faucet, and new shower head. Their team was accepting of my occasional, brief viewing of the work-in-progress. -The work triggered some pipe sediment (within the pipe) choking off hot water flow in original (50 y/o), basement plumbing leading to 2nd floor. They worked around it while I tried my local plumber (their preference was to stick to original bid) for restoring flow of the hot water to the 2nd floor shower. When the local effort failed, they called their office and developed a modest bid for the needed work as a supplement to original bid (and was needed to do final check of the primary project). I accepted their bid. The problem pipe section was promptly identified and a 1' length of (basement) pipe was replaced, allowing for hot water to flow to the 2nd floor shower. -During the project work the team made a significant effort to protect other surfaces in the room/house, contain mess, and minimize dust. The end-of-project "clean-up" was thorough. -End result -- their good work shows beautifully, is solidly attached to the basic walls and original plumbing... and functions well!

Bath surround was not mounted to wall and keeps coming out. They refuse to repair.

Dennis O'toole and Bath Consultants have been beyond expectations. They were professional, timely, thoughtful, but as importantly came in well under budget cost wise and have estimated far less downtime than any other offer. I could not be more happy with he service the provided.

The tub replacement was completed in just four days. Due to an unexpected plumbing issue, we lost only one day.We were very pleased that the plumber was available so quickly. We are also happy that they designed a way to transition our existing tile floor to the replacement tub. The result was cohesive and attractive. All people involved in this project were professional and personable. We needed this remodel to be completed in a short period of time. This company did just that and we are very satisfied with the product. We also appreciated the follow up courtesy call from Dennis asking if we are happy with everything. We most certainly recommend this company.

Very professional, excellent follow through and customer service

Very hard working and meticulous attention to detail.

Dennis and his team came, it took them about 3 days. There were some drainage problems but he was very intuitive about it and was very good about solving the problem. He did a great job. He even calls me once in a while for follow up, which is unlike most other service professionals I have worked with. He keeps in contact with you to make sure that you are happy and nothing else needs to be done. He is a good guy.

I think he is a very honorable man, he did very well and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was very easy to work with and I am beyond satisfied.

His installer was immaculate, they were on time, cleaned up. Put in new valve for us to protect us from scalding. It's beautiful, our bathroom is beautiful. They were so accommodating and went above and beyond for us.

They did a great job. Completed work on time. Answered questions about any issues and came out and fixed it immediately. Professional and courteous.

Dennis showed up 15 min early and got to work right away on our acrylic bath system install. In addition, he found a leak during the install and promptly fixed the problem. Overall quality work and service. Would hire again
