THIS GUY IS PRETTY MUCH AN OUTRIGHT FRAUD AS FAR AS OUR JOB WAS CONCERNED. WE HAVE FILED A CLAIM AGAINST HIM, ALTHOUGH WE UNDERSTAND THAT IT WILL ESSENTIALLY BE UNCOLLECTABLE. WE KNOW NOW THAT OTHERS HAVE FILED CLAIMS AGAINST HIM.
Description of Work: WE HIRED ANTHONY SCOTT TO TEAR OFF AND REPLACE A SMALL DECK. HE TOOK 1/2 OF THE CONTRACT AMOUNT AS DEPOSIT, DELIVERED SOME WRONG MATERIALS, AND WE NEVER SAW HIM AGAIN DESPITE REPEATED PHONE CALLS.
