A-OK Chem Dry

Quoted one price on phone and once in house it rose $150 - $200 more! Technician continued to try to sell add ons even though I repeatedly told him no add-ons. The company advertised carpets dry in a few hours, it took 2 days. Technician put on a chemical to make the carpet look bright, although I told him not to. Carpet looks dull.

We've used A-Ok two times now for our full second floor and a family room on our first floor. Both times the technicians were very professional and worked on the areas that still had stains after the initial cleaning. They took up a handful of stains in our kids rooms and on our stairway carpet. We have a chocolate lab and this made the carpets looks great again even the areas where he would lounge daily. Will definitely use them again.

First, my floor was still drenched several hours later. Most importantly though is that hardly any of the stains came up. They said it would after it dries, but no. It looks almost the same as it did before having it cleaned. Also, the floor is now sticky like there is an adhesive on it. It was definitely not like that before. I will give them good scores for punctuality and professionalism but I really feel cheated! That's almost $400 wasted! And my carpet is now sticky to boot!

We have a new puppy who enjoyed peeing on our carpet. He is finally house broken, and we needed to get rid of all the stains on our white carpet. Tim explained the process for removing puppy stains, and completed the job in an hour. The carpet looks great, and we are very pleased.

The carpet looked brand new and the odor was almost completely removed the first time. Since odor removal is guaranteed, they came out a second time, free of charge, and that time the ordor didn't come back. We couldn't be happier with the service and the product as this saved us from having to replace the carpet.

They worked very hard and did a good job. Unfortunately, some things wouldn't come out, but that wasn't due to a lack of effort on their part.

Technician was on-time, professional and thorough. We had extensive pet damage to some carpeting, and the Chem Dry process did ultimately resolve the issue to avoid the need to replace the carpet before sale of the home. It did require a second trip to completely remove the odor issue, but that was handled under the original quote and guarantee and was done by the same technician soon after the first visit.

They are the only company who go my stains out. They are also the only company who got the pet odor out. I thought they were great.

Smells and looks great. Happy with the results but I felt it was expensive.

Excellent service. The quote I was given over the phone matched when they came and measured the rooms. They were prompt, informative, gave me options, and made suggestions. No pressure on buying services from them, they got right to work and were done quickly. I had a carpet stain from over 10 years ago and I let them know it wouldn't come out. They took that as a challenge and I was pleasantly surprised to see, IT'S GONE!!!! I highly recommend A-OK Chem Dry.

Outstanding removed pet stains and carpet is best it has ever looked

had to come back three times and blamed it on new dirt instead of they did not clean thoroughly This was due to previously using steam carpet cleaners that left soap residue in the carpet

The two-man team of Mike and Dave arrived on time and got right to work. They were very professional and friendly throughout. I had all the furniture that could be moved cleared out already before they arrived so there was no problem cleaning the entire carpeted area. They did a very good job with a couple of darkly stained areas. They were able to completely remove those stains and the stains have not reappeared in the two months since. Interestingly, they didn't fair so well on areas of wear. After waiting a week to make absolutely sure the carpet was completely dry, I went over the high traffic areas again with Resolve High Traffic Foam and was able to get those areas to look a little fresher. I think the next time I have the carpets cleaned I'm going to specifically request that extra attention be paid to the worst high traffic areas. I expect to use A-OK again when I have carpet in the upstairs bedrooms cleaned next year.

He picked up the cheque for me and I had some spots and he treated that then. He was wonderful and I would definitely use him again. He uses the original solution. He was busy but he made the schedule work because I wanted it done before I moved in. So he was here working around the painters and was very accommodating.

I have pets and they did a great job removing the stains; they really tried to take the stains out.

I had special spot remover for pet stains and protective spray. I've used them before and had excellent service. The first time they did work, I saw them at a neighbors house and just asked if they would do mine too. They did it the same day! They had some emergency calls the day we had our appointment set and asked if they could come the next day, I had no problem with that and they showed up as expected the next day. A courtesy call can go a long way. The 2 guys that came were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I would certainly use them again.

A-OK Chem-Dry was in my home 6 times over a period of 2 weeks following a flood in the lower level of my home. They responded to my emergency call immediately, arriving just as the plumber succeeded in installing a functioning sump pump to keep additional rain water from pouring in. The damage to my carpets was done, and they set to work suctioning up the water that was sitting on top of the carpets, and began removing my furniture and belongings from the lower level to the safety of my garage. They returned the next day to pick up the wet carpeting, remove the ruined padding, apply anti-microbial solution, and install air movers to begin the process of drying the existing carpet so that it could be reinstalled. The carpet was in great shape so I wanted to save it. An air scrubber was also installed to remove the damp, dusky smell that was beginning to hang in the air. I was getting nervous about the outcome, but they assured me that all would be well. My flooded home was part of what would later be declared a disaster area, so the crew and I had to wait 8 days for an insurance adjuster to arrive onsite to survey the damage. Once he filed his report, the carpet was reinstalled and A-OK returned to deep clean the berber. WOW! Any doubts I had about saving my carpets were dispelled after they finished the "hot carbonating" process. The berber looked brand new! Once the carpets dried, the crew returned yet again to move my furniture and belongings back into the house. I had no idea that a carpet-cleaning company would offer all of those services - but A-OK did! The owner told me they call it "flood remediation", but I call it a miracle. Highly recommended.

It went very well. Due to a sick employee, they were running behind in schedule BUT they kept me informed with several phones calls regarding the deplay and approximate arrival time plus when they were actually on their way. Instead of their regular 2-man team, they had 3 which made the cleaning go that much faster.
