Description of Work: "DustBusters did our cleaning on a monthly basis for 4-5 months. | |The first month, we had them over for 3 hours, then we were going to reduce that time to 2 hours, but there was a miscommunication and they were here for 3 again. It was worth it, though, because they were able to make things we never notice amazingly clean. I remember the teakettle and toaster were polished to a mirror shine. | |They came another time or two for 2 hours each, which was just what we wanted. It was just enough cleaning that we could keep up, with our busy lives. | |The last time they came, they hadn't given us a date. I called Monday evening, and they returned my call Tuesday saying that they were scheduled to come Wednesday. Well, we didn't have time that evening to pick up as much as we usually do. Maybe that slowed the cleaners down and put them in a rush. When we got home, the fridge handles were broken. Of course I called right away and left a message. I got nothing for over a week. I called to leave another message. I got a very nice return message saying that the cleaner who was in the kitchen never touched the fridge and couldn't have had anything to do with the handles getting broken. | |Fridge handles are plastic, but they're sturdy plastic. I can't imagine how they would get broken in the first place, let alone get broken and not even noticed. The cleaner was lying. | |If they had let us know what happened, we would have been fine. Of course a discount would have had us raving about it to our friends. Things get broken sometimes, and it wasn't a hassle to repair. It's the dishonesty that bothered us. We decided not to have them back again. "

Description of Work: General housecleaning every 4 weeks. 1100 sq ft thus 2 ladies can complete the cleaning in an hour. Would recommend.

Description of Work: They came on time. They cleaned way beyond expectation. The house was spotless the dogs were in their kennel and had gotten their treat. The ladies left a nice note and check list that showed what they did. They locked up and left everything perfect

Description of Work: They come twice a month for housecleaning.

Description of Work: They washed all of the windows and screens in my house, inside and out, even scraping paint where it was on the glass. There are a great many windows. They cleaned my floors and vacuumed.
