+ -1 moreGreat company to work with. They were responsive, polite, and professional. The team got to the house around 8:30am and were done by 4pm. They completely removed all of the old equipment and installed all new to include custom building the required ductwork for connecting the unit to existing ducts, running new flue pipe, running new electrical for the furnace, new thermostat, and relocating the outside A/C unit. The workers cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was familiar with and understood the new units before they left.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced A/C (10 SEER for 14 SEER) unit and natural gas furnace (??% for a 95%).

+ -1 moreCan't grade on responsiveness due to the excessive heat we have been having and i wasn't having any air conditioning problems, Just needed it to be cleaned, checked etc. Told them to give me a call when they had an opening since my situation wasn't critical. Overall experience was good, will hire again if needed. Didn't give a high grade for price because I haven't had a/c work done before to compare with other companies. The price seemed reasonable to me.
