Perfectly. Very easy to work with. I had to reschedule at the last second and they could not have been nicer about it.

Mike came by for an estimate and gave us a very fair price. He talked to us and explained the best door for our needs. Never once did he try to over-sale us on more or additions we didn't need, which was refreshing. It was a quick turn around from estimate day to installation day. Mike and his crew were professional, courteous, and installed the door quickly! They even secured the existing garage door opener to make sure all ran smoothly. They removed the old door debris also. We will definitely use his services again when needed.

Very well. Called mid-day and was able to get spring replaced that same day. Mike Williams was prompt and very courteous. I did not shop price, as price quoted seemed reasonable. If I called around, I could probably have gotten the work done for a little less but not on the same day. So, the prompt service sold me. Springs don't break all that often. Did not have to deal with hassle of garage door not working for very long.

Called Mike at around 1:30 pm as he was finishing up another project. He was at my home by 2:00pm the same day. He replaced both springs as the other spring was old as well. By 3:30pm the door was operating smooth as the day it was originally installed.

The garage door replacement went smoothly. Mike showed up on time with the replacement door I wanted. Communications were very good, all calls returned and questions answered very quickly. I would definitely recommend or hire again. Finished product looks good.

I was extremely pleased with Mike's work. Before starting the work, he listened to all of my concerns. After installing the opener, which was not an easy feat on my old garage, he made sure it was operating perfectly, which included setting up the outside keypad. And, he remained super friendly, even when I asked a million questions. It was a great experience! I would recommend this company to all of my friends!

It went great. Mike provided us with brochures and with the website to browse door designs. We were able to use a photo of our house and superimpose the garage door "candidates" to see what looked best. Mike ordered the doors and once they came in it was scheduled right away. Installation went great. I had a few follow-up questions and Mike always answered the call and wanted to be helpful. I would absolutely recommend him.

We couldn't have been happier. Mike was super-organized so that our Saturday spring issue got fixed first thing Monday morning. (I felt like he would have come over the holiday weekend or done the right trouble-shooting if our cars were stuck in the garage which they were not.) He was fast and professional. He did not try to upsell any other work although I did end up asking on my own. He made that easy too. We got a great deal through his Angie's List coupon. Always great to work with a veteran-owned, local business. I will be happy to refer him to others or use him again.

Mike and his assistant (sorry I didn't get his name) were great. They were able to come out the next day and fix my broken door springs. Very professional and on time. I called around and they offered the best price around. They pricing was so competitive that I had them replace my opened while they were there. Pleasure to deal with and would definitely use again although I hope I don't have a need for them any time soon.

Mike and Kevin we out and on time. They reviewed what needed to be done on the door with me. They provided me a price prior to work commencing. The price was very fair and the work they performed was outstanding. They went above and beyond by looking also at my opener to fix the slack in the chain and to make certain that all aspects of the door was lubricated and working correctly. They were amazing and I would highly recommend them. I will be using them again to change out my opener later this year.

Great. Mike was able to get the cables adjusted to the right grooves which made the travel smooth and the operation quiet.

Garage door works great; much quieter opening and closing. Professional service and reasonably priced. Although we could not get same day service, Veterans performed the repair next day in the AM. Will definitely use their services again to make some recommended upgrades.

I posted to Angie's List and no sooner than I had, Mike called. He gave me some suggestions trying to save me money. Since I really did not quite understand the suggestions, he said he would be here in 40 minute's. He arrived sooner. He works fast and it didn't take him long to identify and correct the problems. Had the door working like new in no time and he explained exactly what the issues were and offered suggestions on some things I could do to maintain the garage opening system. I would highly recommend this company Professional, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, responsive and reasonable cost .

Mike took out the old spring and secured the door in place. Then removed the old garage door opener and placed those in his truck. Then installed the 2 new springs and the new garage door opener. He set everything up in so far as the key pad on the outside of the garage and programmed the monitor on the wall on the inside of the garage. He explained how everything worked to me and gave me all materials. All was done in a timely manner. He cleaned everything up, was very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and fair on his price. In fact I got 4 different estimates and Mike had the best price and I got a better garage door opener for less money.
