It went perfect. I was very pleased with the service and the thoroughness of Mike Williams work along with his partner. They were were in and out within an hour and were on time to the job. Excellent work.

Excellent! Initial phone call was immediately answered, appointment made for the following morning. Several rollers were bad, so Mike replaced them all and lubricated the door. He also checked and adjusted the springs and the garage door opener. I also requested that the 16 foot bottom rubber seal be replaced. Everything was done in less than an hour. I will definitely use again!

Mike and his son got the doors in quickly and with little mess. There was a small mistake on the order so they didn't have all of the parts, but they were back within two days to get everything finished. While they were here my neighbor was having trouble with her doors, so once they finished they went over to help her. They were professional and high-quality and I would hire again.

Door had been making terrible noises for a while so starting searching for someone online that could service it before something went South and that’s where I found Mike. He called me back right away. He was honest and didn’t want to speculate anything other than a tune up over the phone so we set up a service call. Showed up on time, did inspection and realized the rollers were on way out. Didn’t pressure me to replace them and even said It could sound better with lubricant but he gave me a very fair price so chose to replace them along with the door seal that was partially gone. Would call again in a heartbeat.

Great came out same day that I called arrived on time, only took about an hour to complete work, would use again and I highly recommend.

One evening, I arrived home and found my garage door would not lower. I went on Angie's list for repair services. Within a few minutes, a few repair services contacted me and wanted to charge $200 for an evening service call plus repairs, Mike, from Veteran Overhead Doors called soon after. He gave suggestions on how to adjust sensors and avoid those fees. I did as he suggested and it worked for a few days. I then called Mike to schedule a "tune-up" on the door over the weekend. He arrived on time, was courteous and helpful. However, a few days later the door starting acting up again! I contacted Mike and he was willing to return the next day. I left garage unlatched and he came to make the repair while I was at work. No charge! A few days later, the door started acting up again. Mike came out next day and installed new sensors while I was at work and the door has been working without any problems since. Mike texted his address and I sent a check for the repair. Mike was awesome! Super responsive and honest. I would recommend Veterans Overhead Doors to everyone! Thanks, Mike!

Rodents had eaten a large space out of our weather stripping on our garage door. We called Mike, the owner, on Monday afternoon, and by Tuesday afternoon he promptly arrived to replace the weather stripping. He was friendly and professional and quickly replaced the strip. Additionally, he inspected the wheels and springs, lubricated the moving parts of the door, described the different functions of the parts, and offered tips for preventative maintenance. He did not charge for this extra service. We highly recommend him.

Emailed the company, they responded and came out the next day. Spotted the problem and repaired the door. They also checked out other aspects of the door during the visit to assure that the door was fully functioning and well oiled.

He found the problem, and fixed the problem quickly

I called Veteran's Overhead doors around 9:30 am. Thankfully they were available that day and came to our house around 11 am the same morning. He had the parts in stock and was able to complete the work in a timely manner.

Excellent! We wanted to cleanout our garage (which has no cars in it) this long Memorial Day weekend. Thats hard to do with only one working door. So I called them Thursday and they arrived promptly Friday. All work met my expectations. Work that they done: replace broken spring on back door front door cables were off and rower was missing They advised me that the Main opener has a bad board. We do not use that side of the garage door for remote access. Our goal was to keep cost down. He said we could get a few more years out of the doors and what it would cost if / when we needed to replace them.

Mike did a great job. Very accomodating to my schedule, price was very fair and as quoted, prompt, and professional. And just a nice guy! I would definitely call him again if I needed assistance.

Everything went well. One of the overhead garage door springs broke on the weekend. Called Mike on Sunday morning and he gave me a quote for replacing both springs over the phone and arrived within 30 minutes to replace the springs. Could not have asked for anything more. Called at 5am after I came back from a run to find my garage door wouldn't open. They came out late morning and had it fixed by 1pm. Charged what they quoted. Recommended new spring better than what I had. A+

I purchased the garage door from Menards. The installers conveniently picked up the door from Menards and were very prompt and professional for the installation. Most importantly, the door track and hardware were installed very accurately with excellent alignment and fit for smooth and quiet operation. The installers were clearly experienced, skilled and took pride in their work.

Mike picked up right away. I explained my problem. He came over right away and fixed my garage door quickly. What a great experience! Mike's customer service, quality of work and price were 2nd to none.
