Purchased deal online for spring replacement. Mike emailed soon after and we confirmed a time for next day. Mike showed up on time and replaced springs and also checked and lubed door at no extra cost. Work was completed quickly and neatly. Works great now.

Purchased Groupon for spring replacement,called Mike at Veterans Overhead Doors and explained situation he said could be here in 2 Hrs,he was here even sooner. Springs were replaced and new rollers installed in 1 Hr. Door works great,never been quieter.Mike gave me some information to keep door in good working order,he was very friendly and efficient. Would use again for any door issues.Roller installation was a nominal extra cost.

Excellent. VOD were on time, noticed an installation issue--need for extended rails for 7' door and high garage ceilings--they went out to nearest Home Depot bought the extenders, and returned to their shop for longer ladders. Still finished on time, and the install was perfect. They also replaced the rubber garage seal on the bottom of the garage doors in the war against the chipmunks. Will have VDO return to replace garage door #3.

Mike was great to work with. He was willing to come at a time convenient for me, replaced the springs and lubed the door and everything is working fine again. He gave me a couple suggestions for work I might want to have done in the fall without pressuring me to have the work done now. Very fair price and exactly what he quoted on the phone. Our garage door failed with car inside at 3:30 on Friday afternoon. Mike was willing to come out on Friday night, but we were OK for Saturday morning appointment. He was prompt, professional, and thorough. He was very courteous of my garage and was straight up about what was needed. He didn't try to recommend changing the tracks (they were bent from being jammed) or other things I would consider in the up-sell category. I didn't know the rollers can be a problem until I saw the coupons/deals offered on Angie's List. This was an add to my job and Mike was very reasonable. He showed up at the time agreed to, was very thorough and made sure my door was perfect, cleaned up afterwards, and was fair on price. Yes, I would call him again and think you should if your garage door has issues.

Communicated well, showed up when he said he would, did an excellent job, gave me good advice for how to maintain the garage door.
