They were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves.

The price is right and the service good. Arrived punctually and prepared a written estimate, provided certificate of insurance and bonding. Clean up is thorough. This family owned business has worked for us twice - and we plan to have more work done by them next year.

They came to cut down the trees in the morning while I was at work. I came home at noon and the trees were gone, the stumps were ground and they had spread some of the chips from the stumps as mulch along my fence and around a bush and tree. Everything was very neat. Their price was much lower than the other 2 bids I obtained. They gave me a copy of their liability insurance when I received their proposal.

I have used this company before, three years ago or so. At that time they were very professional, very prompt and fast. They had trimmed up my two 250y/o Oaks. I thought I would call them again to clean up some Maples and a Pine and Pear tree. The first time the job was canceled was at my request, as we had had a bad storm and our driveway was occupied with a vehicle supplying electricity to the house. They indicated they were very busy anyway. So we rescheduled for 1 week later. We had had a brief shower that morning and they never showed up. I called about 11:00 and asked where they were and was told it was raining and they would not be out. We then rescheduled for 2 weeks later. The date came and again we had a small morning shower. This time they called and said they would need to reschedule again. I said no, come today or don't come at all. They chose not to. They advertise Saturday service, but its pretty obvious to me they don't want to work Saturdays. I understand not working Saturdays but don't say you work Saturday and then keep cancelling. The sad part is they lost my business plus my neighbor's, a total of about $750. I hope it was worth it to them.

I liked everything about them. The gentleman who came out to give me the estimate was very thorough and courteous. They did the job well. They actually came before to schedule a date to come and do the work. They cleaned everything up nicely and you wouldn't even know that the trees were trimmed. They did not leave any mess. They were cheap.

Great service. They agreed to come out on one day's notice to remove a large branch overhanging our overhead electric service line the night before a big windy storm. We were anxious that the sagging branch would fall into the power cables, but US Tree Service came out to quickly solve the problem, and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. I'd absolutely use them again.

The overall experience went very well. There were four employees, including the owner. The technicians did a wonderful clean-up job; our whole backyard was filled with debris and they cleaned it up immaculately. They were also very thorough with the trimming; did a great job. I'm very happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.

We called several companies to quote the work. US Tree Service were very quick to come out and quote the work. Their price was very competitive (half the price of others we had quote the job) and they did a quality job. They were on time, courteous, worked quickly, and did a great job with clean up. They had a good sized crew of workers who worked hard and finished the job quickly. The entire crew was very courteous of my family and respectful of our yard/neighbors. The tree in question (mulberry) was growing into the top of my garage, the removed the tree branches/limbs with out any damage to the garage. They chipped up all the wood and took it away. They swept and cleaned up the work site very nicely. I would definitely use this company again, they did a quality job at a very fair/reasonable price.

They were very quick in starting on the job. Came a day earlier than expected and did a great job of moving my potted plants before starting on the work. Clean up was very thorough.

I had 3 written estimates, all within $150 of eachother. I chose US Tree Service. Mike from US tree service came on time for the written estimate, and also provided me with a copy all insurance info. He was able to answer my questions, including permit information. Mike and his crew came on time and removed the 5 trees and stumps (1 birch and 4 pine). They also did a nice job with clean up.

Their price was outstanding and did a great job for me. They also cleaned up very well. I think they went above & beyond trimming the huge trees with branches all over the place.

I had trouble getting in touch with them for the appointment. There were no problems and they did a wonderful job. I would use them again. My trees look great now.

I had several estimates and this company by far had the lowest price. They came on the day and at the time they said they would. It was amazing to watch them in the tree. They methodically lowered each branch next to the tree to keep it from damaging anything around it. The clean up was great and they offered us the mulch.
