+ -1 moreThe quote was fair based on competitive quotes. United's installers were outstanding. They took the time to explain everything to me and offered up any troubleshooting ideas i might need. They were very respectful of our home and pets. I was 100% confident that they knew what they were doing. I would recommend United to anyone. Thank you for giving me the confidence that I received a fair deal. I had another company come out and try to completely gouge me on price. United's price was right in line of what I expected to pay. Great experience overall.

+ -1 moreI called up and spoke to them - explained that I don't get sufficient heating or cooling upstairs on the second floor. We scheduled an appointment for a consultation. The technicians showed up - didn't have masks on - told me that my returns weren't working upstairs and that there was nothing that could be done. Then they asked me to pay $99 for the 10 minutes he was in. First, I didn't know about any fees for a consultation. It was never mentioned to me. I called the office and they said they would drop it to $60. However, I disputed and informed them that this was not right. If I was told about it in advance, I would not have made the appointment. Now I am getting texts from HomeAdvisor that I owe this company $99. The company said they would not collect the money but I am still getting texts. Last time I use this website.

Description of Work: He put in a new thermal couple and tested both heaters for upstairs and downstairs. He updated the first floor heating system.

+ -1 moreOur AC broke on a Sunday night and we left a message with United's answering service. Bob was at our house at 10:00am the next day and within the hour our air was back on! Thank goodness, because it was 88 degrees that day! He did several things to make sure our unit was functioning at it's best, and the bill was very reasonable. We highly recommend United.
Description of Work: Installed new contactor, added new freon, and cleaned the condensing coil on our AC unit.
