We purchased Simplicity solid-surface counters at a big box store, who in turn contracted with Sprovier's. Michelle in scheduling was very helpful and communicated well. I was really impressed by her efficiency and professional manner. The man who came to measure for the countertops arrived on time, was affable, even with the chaos of the painters working around him. It was only 5 days from measuring to installation, which sped things up a lot! The crew to install came right when I expected them, they installed a LOT of countertops with beautiful results, and they cleaned up after themselves. We couldn't be happier. One long countertop is made to be 4" deeper than regular countertops to accommodate heavy use for baking, i.e. rolling out pastry, kneading bread, etc. They didn't even blink, and they executed spectacularly.

Had old ugly laminate countertops. Went to big box store to order new corian countertops. I had to call them to schedule the measurement 2 days after the purchase. The measurer came out right on time and was quick and efficient, not overly friendly. My husband removed our old countertops himself. The installers called early on the installation date and were here within 45 minutes. Great work with the install and cleanup.

They did such a fantastic job. There was a slight problem with the measurements, but they redid the entire thing for me with no problems, questions, or concerns. The price was just amazingly great. It was wonderful, the whole experience. I could not have been more pleased. I am very grateful for everything that they did.

The initial quote that I was provided was incorrect, however they agreed to honor the price. Crew came out to measure before installation and then came out again with a template to confirm accuracy of measurements. Despite this two step process the granite counter top was cut incorrectly on one side and they ran short of back splash during installation which required 2 return trips to our home. The center island was also installed incorrectly, about 1/2' inch off center, they needed to return to make the necessary adjustment. Sprovieri's was responsive to make the necessary corrections, however if they were a bit more careful during measurement and installation they could have prevented the mistakes.

The initial visit with the consultant was great. She was timely and helpful. I wanted to use an existing electric cooktop in the kitchen. They offered a free stainless steel kitchen sink. I used Quartz in the Kitchen and Corian in the Batrhoom. The bathroom countertop was fabricated correctly. The kitchen countertop, although quite simple, was fabricated incorrectly on 2 occasions!!!. They cut the hole for the kitchen sink they provided 90 degrees in the wrong direction. Then they cut the opening for the cooktop too large. The third time the countertop was fabricated correctly. They did not expedite the refabricated countertops. This was a total disaster. They offered me a $250 discount to make up for my wasted time and 6 week wait! I expected half price or cost after my rental unit sat vacant for an extra month.

William came to our house right on time. He very quickly assessed the problem and was able to reinstall my dishwasher into the granite counter within 30 minutes. He was gracious and polite, and the dishwasher seems to be in there for life! I highly recommend Sprovieri's to anyone who's in need of countertop work.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PAY ANY ATTENTION TO DETAILS, EVEN THOUGH I MADE REPEATED CALLS TO GO OVER SPECIFICS BEFORE THE JOB WAS STARTED. THE JOB WAS NOT COMPLETED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, AND BECAUSE THERE IS NOT GOOD COMMUNICATION IN THE ORGANIZATION, WE KEPT GETTING AN INVOICE FOR THE FINAL PAYMENT WHEN THERE WAS STILL MORE WORK TO BE DONE.

STEVE WAS FABULOUS! HE MADE A BEAUTIFUL CORIAN TABLE FOR ME. IT IS VERY DETAILED, AND IS GORGEOUS. HE DIDN'T EVEN TAKE MEASUREMENTS, HE JUST KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO. IT MATCHES THE KITCHEN PERFECTLY. I HAVE ALREADY HIRED HIM FOR ANOTHER JOB. HE IS A GENIUS WHEN IT COMES TO THIS.

SUB-CONTRACTED THROUGH ANOTHER COMPANY. STARTED OFF WELL. MEASURER WAS ON-TIME FOR APPOINTMENT, (2 HOUR WINDOW). HOWEVER, TOOK FOUR APPOINTMENTS TO GET INSTALLATION COMPLETED. ON THREE OF THESE APPOINTMENTS THE INSTALLERS WERE SEVERAL HOURS LATE. I WAS PROMISED MORNING (8-12) APPOINTMENTS, AND THREE TIMES THE GUYS DIDN'T SHOW UP UNTIL AFTERNOON, ONCE AT AROUND 2PM, AND ANOTHER AROUND 3:30. COUNTERTOP STILL ISN'T PERFECT (WISH SIDE PIECES WERE SANDED FLUSH). ON FOURTH VISIT, I TOLD THEM EXACT DIMENSIONS TO CUT HOLE FOR OVEN, SINCE THEY REPEATEDLY COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT,(EVEN THEN, NOT PERFECT.) THEY DID GIVE ME TWO 'TRIVETS' FREE OF CHARGE ON THE SECOND INSTALLATION IN WAY OF APOLOGY. NOT WORTH THE FOUR DAYS OF MISSED WORK.
