+ -1 moreLast year my yard was overrun with weeds even though i had their lawn care service the whole year, the weeds left lot of bare patches through the yard ans so i requested aeration and re seeding for $180 but the bare patches remain and this year they jacked their prices up so i cancelled.

Description of Work: They have been treating our lawn for the past two summers and it looks very nice. They have been helpful in answering questions both on the phone and in person. We are pleased with the service. | |However, their prices increased about 50% from last year to this year with no explanation. The cost is about $750 for the year. My husband thought perhaps they either underestimated the size of our yard and they undercharged us for the first year or the prices last year were introductory prices for the first year and increased to the regular price this year. They never explained the increase and he has not asked them why. | |We like how the yard looks and will use them again next year, unless the pricing increases again. Then we will have to get some estimates from other lawn care services.

+ -1 moreLawn responded beautifully to the fertilizer/ weed control applications. Best the lawn has looked in 15 years. Easy to pay online and easy to schedule. Only once did I have to point out that the application did not cover the entire yard. They corrected it immediately.
Description of Work: Core aeration in the Spring of 2014, then 5 fertilizer/weed control applications from May thru November.

+ -1 moreWe have switched to another service now since their prices were ridiculous. They would come out and do stuff that we didn’t ask for. They used to leave the bill and we had to pay the bill. They would insist on 9 or 10 applications even though we only wanted 4 or 5. It was at least $45 each time and a couple of them were $95. What I didn’t like was that they would come and do stuff ahead of time. I didn’t like them because it was too much money. The work what they did was okay. When it comes to their punctuality, there wasn’t any set time, but they were professional.
