All work was performed, they kept me informed though out the whole process. They should up on time did there job in a very professional maner and courteous. When they were done they cleaned up after like nothing happened very satisfied . I also hired him as my weekly landscaper for cutting my grass

The job went as scheduled. All work area was cleaned up. Very efficient. Everyone was very professional.

After getting 3 quotes and talking with Selvin himself. There was no doubt in my mind he was going to do the work. He was a very Professional, Organized, and Knowledgeable guy. And it did not stop there! His crew were the most friendly crew I have ever worked with and Professional. I am very particular on doing things the right way! Not only did they do it right ...... they exceeded and implemented so many extras behind the scenes you did not even know about that was available to do! They redirected gutter downspout away from the house underground using pop-ups so water was completely away from the house when draining. This was just one example of many they did addressing your concerns along the way doing the main job they were hired to do keeping you and your concerns in mind!! His crew was here every day from start to finish and in between rain drops to keep our project moving along and on schedule and was proven to be very reliable and dependable. I never made one phone call or follow-up and knew what was going on everyday and when by his crew manager Javier was GREAT!!! We have had complete strangers actually walking\driving by stopping and giving us great compliments about the work performed and want to know who did the work? I have no hesitation what so ever to recommend Selvin's Landscapining for any landscape project it went that smooth!!!!

Overall our yard looks beautiful and the job was finished on time for a large event we were hosting. Our sod was installed in early May and it is now the end of July and 99% of the yard still looks amazing. We have kept up with watering and the rain this summer has certainly helped. Selvin was responsive to my inquiries, I think in this type of business that doesn't always happen and I appreciated the return text or email's. The only complaint we have is that is some spots there were rocks left in the soil which you don't notice until it is time to cut the grass and you are walking on the entire lawn.

Selvin and his team are hard working and very professional. We are very happy with the work they did. There were some communication errors (eg., boxwoods that were removed were supposed to be re-planted elsewhere but the roots weren't cut to accommodate), but, by and large, they did a great job and the price was fair. The crew was very courteous and attentive, and Selvin is a very easy man to do business with. I would recommend them to anyone.

We couldn't be happier with the work done at your house by Selvin's Landscaping. From the initial communication, everything was spot on. Selvin guided us through the project from concept to completion and his recommendations were spot on. Selvin set the expectation that the work might take awhile to get done due to the high number of jobs they were working but they were able to get things done even sooner than he promised, even with some inclement weather thrown in. The entire crew was extremely professional and the work was done very quickly. Everything was cleaned up perfectly once the work was done and Selvin gave us very detailed instructions on how to care for our patio. Selvin was so informative, he kept me updated on the progress of the project. His crew was very professional and courteous. The project turned out perfect just the way we wanted it. Selvin also helped me find a River Japanese Maple tree which his crew planted for me. They also removed my half dead bush where the Japanese Maple was planted. Overall, I am pleased with the level of service I received from Selvin. He visited my home a couple times to go over the entire project and made sure I took the most cost effective approach and yielded my desired outcome. A little hick-up in scheduling but Selvin acknowledged the opportunity and quickly corrected to ensure the project was completed timely. All my issues were solved.

The job was broken up into two separate days. Day 1 was removing mulch beds, moving plants, taking down a tree / removing the tree stump, and planting sod. Javier and his crew worked incredibly hard and the yard looked great when they were finished. It took a lot of watering for the sod, but it took well and now you can't tell where the mulch beds used to be. Day 2 was taking down the retaining wall, adding in holes for water to runoff, and rebuilding the wall. Again, Javier and his crew were great. It was another long day, but the job looks great.

It went terrific ! Selvin, the owner came out to meet us personally. He walked our property and listened to our concerns as to what we wanted done. The next day we were offered an estimate as to the cost of the project. We agreed and signed a contract that listed all the work that would be done. By the end of the following week Selvin and his crew arrived at my house at the designated time. Selvin walked his men around our house explaining what needed to be done. He then introduced me to his workers. The crew of three spent a good eight hours at my house weeding, trimming, and removing the two large bushes. They worked extremely hard ! Getting the roots out from those two large bushes was not easy. I also want to give a special shout out to Julio who not only trimmed the bushes and shrubs he sculpted them ! He took great pride in his work and it shows. Two days later another workman came and planted two Juniper bushes in place of the bushes that were removed. My landscaping has never looked this good ! I look forward to seeing Selvin's work crew next month.

Excellent work and attention to detail. The crew showed up on time and when problems with the seal showed up, Selvin came back repeatedly until the finished product was perfect. I really appreciate that Selvin answers my calls immediately personally or within a day if he is in the middle of a project.

Selvin took on a job that no one else I called was interested in doing. We had just bought a home and it had an enormous koi pond in the back yard. With 2 curious dogs we wanted to get rid of the pond to avoid having wet dogs coming into our home all the time. Selvin and his crew removed the pond and laid down sod all in one day. Selvin even offered to replant a tree in a different spot in our yard. We are so happy to have the extra yard space now. Selvin will be my first call when I have any type of landscaping work.

Came out to provide a quote quickly, kept us informed the entire time with regards to pricing and the schedule. It was delayed one day due to weather however the owner continually followed up with me as to the status which was appreciated. They cleaned up fairly well after the install. We are considering them to come back for lawn maintenance as well so we can keep the new grass healthy.

i sent a message using Angie's List site. Never heard from them. That was 2 weeks ago. Guess they don't want my business. I will go with someone else.

It went well. We used the existing brick and built the patio within the existing footprint. The only addition was a stair from the house and onto the patio. Everything went extremely well. The owner, Selvin, was responsive and did a good job of guiding me through the process. The whole project took a total of 4 days. I am really pleased with the end result.

Selvin promptly replied via email and iPhone messaging to my questions and promptly give me a quote that was fairly reasonable considering the size of my garden beds and landscape.The weeds where removed carefully and the mulching was done properly for up to 3 inches in all areas and all edges were blown at the end of the work and my property was left squeaking clean at the end of the work not to mention compliments from my neighbor across as they were doing the work. As they were finishing up, I asked them to edge three other plants on my property and they willingly edged these three plants and mulched them before they left.

Every year I'm impressed with the work Selvin and his team perform. His guys are punctual and efficient every week. Last year a tree blew over in my front yard and he personally came to my house to quote the cutting job. He came in with a reasonable price and had it done the next day. I also used him to place sod in the front and back and it has since blended in perfectly. Competition is strong in my neighborhood for landscaping services and there are many other providers. Selvin sets himself apart with professionalism, timeliness and customer service.
