Pure Seasons Air Duct Cleaning

I called Pure Seasons because I had a coupon for air duct cleaning that stated that unlimited vents up to a single furnace would be cleaned as well as a basic cleaning and inspection of the furnace and dryer vent for $29. They came out to my house around noon and told me that my return vents were not included and it would be an additional $199 to clean the return vents. They also said that if I did not clean the return vents that all of the dirt from the return vents would blow back into the main vents. I was upset because return vents are indeed a vent and the coupon stated unlimited vents and had no fine print about return vents not being included or being additional. I call the manager who argued with me for a while and was very rude and he eventually just said they would clean the main vents (not the return vents), the dryer vent, and the furnace and would not charge me the $29. They came in with a shop vac and power drill with a brush attached to it to clean the vents. I watched them take apart my furnace and do a basic cleaning. They quickly left without giving me a copy of the invoice. That same evening I walked into my laundry room to switch laundry and my carpet was soaked with water and there was water all around my furnace. It was past the hours of which the company was open so I placed a large towel around the furnace. The next morning the towel was completely soaked as well. I called Pure Seasons immediately in the morning and the manager was very rude and said they did not even touch my furnace. I explained to him that I watched the technicians take my furnace apart and clean it. He still denied it and when I asked him to please send someone out immediately to address this issue he refused and told me to go ahead and file a complaint and hire a lawyer. Not only was the advertising of their ad false, but they caused water damage and damage to my furnace and refused to even come back out. My husband found the drain pipe was moved out of the drain by the technicians and placed it back. I'm hoping that was the only problem but still have water everywhere. This company is completely unprofessional and refused to address the problem caused by their technicians.

Total scam artists...There is a reason why none of the reviews are good for this company.
I would love to give them a zero, but there was no option on doing that! We called this company to clean our entire house air ducts.
1) The time the gave us was between the hours of 12-3, they did not show up till 5:30pm.
2) They started cleaning the vents and started to tell me we had mold in the air ducts and that they would do it for us anyways.
3) the vents were not placed in properly after they took them out and now my 20 month old takes them off and puts his entire hand in them.  They shape metal has cut his hands!!!
Also they didn't place the vents back properly and the furniture was not placed back!
4) They told us that it would take a minimum of three hours, it only took them one hour total
5.) They had a 20% coupon in the mailer for pregnant women, they did not honor it and stated that we did not qualify for the coupon ( did not give us a reason, my wife is pregnant).
I would not recommend this company at all means. They are totally worthless and the price they quoted us was $179 for the whole house vent cleaning and the bill ended up being $895!!! We called about this matter five times to get it resolved and each time they would tell us that they would not credit us back since the service was done.  Each time I called they (Alex) would say they will look into and call me back; which they never did! We had to call back and ask them the status of the complaint and they would put us on hold for 30-45 minutes and then tell us it was being looked at it and then hang up.
Please do not use the company!!!!  I hope no one ever uses this horrible horrible company.

Pure Seasons performed dryer vent cleaning service on 3/24/2015 which resulted in a completely clogged dryer vent. After service was performed, our dryer stopped working completely. As we just had the dryer vent cleaned, we thought that there was something wrong with our dryer and purchased a new one. The brand new dryer was delivered and installed and it also did not work. A second brand new replacement dryer was delivered and installed and again - it did not work. I called Pure Seasons and informed them of the situation and not only did they refuse to take another look at the dryer vent or offer a refund, they wanted me to purchase additional (more expensive) services. At this time I purchased a dryer vent cleaning kit ($40) and cleaned the dryer vent myself. I pulled a pile of lint out of the dryer vent and the dryer worked perfectly. Pure Seasons not only charged for services that they did not perform; they created a problem that did not previously exist. Their ad claims that they are licensed, bonded and insured and that 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. When I asked about this guarantee I received only silence on the other end of the phone.

Pure Seasons? advertising is intentionally deceptive. They offer a $69 service that says it includes cleaning ?Unlimited vents up to a single furnace.? They do not tell you that this does not include cleaning of the returns (the back end portion of the ventilation system). Upon arrival they refused to perform the $69 service claiming that is was a waste of money if you don?t clean the returns as well. They then wanted to charge me $299 to clean the vents and returns. I asked them to clean the dryer vent only and the end result of that service is explained above. In addition, Pure Seasons? logo is basically stolen from Four Seasons (a reputable company) that provides the same type of services.
