+ -1 moreWay overpriced , taking advantage of homeowners. Our HOA hired this company to replace 60 sq feet of siding that was damaged . They took advantage of the fact that they were hired by the HOA and are charging us double what another company has quoted us. The siding is a 3 ply common siding, nothing special , probably not even a day of work and they’re ripping us off . Stay away !

+ -1 moreMidwest Property Services, Inc failed to complete my project within the quoted time frame and did not contact me about the delay. They deposited my down payment and now refuse to refund me. Initially a temporary solution was implemented and a quote for the replacement door was given stating that the door would be replaced within 2 weeks. I never heard from them again. I began to receive notices from my condo association that I was not in compliance with their standards. Since Midwest Properties failed to uphold the services stated in their quote I called them and asked for my $685 deposit back and they refused to reimburse me. My inquiries to other service providers informed me that the job could be done for less money and should not take over a month to complete. I have contacted my lawyer.
