I found Sari Levy from Lucid Realty by chance when I tried to request a showing through Realtor.com for a particular property. Sari contacted me within an hour of my online request and introduced herself. We were just beginning to search for our first home purchase and Sari turned out to be a godsend! She explained to us the process and the players involved in a home purchase and quickly convinced us she wouldn't cost us a thing and was looking out for our best interests completely. We were shopping in an extremely tight seller's market but ultimately found a home we loved within our price range and were able to close seven weeks after making an offer - despite our delays researching (due to inexperience) and unavoidable long wait for a VA loan appraisal. Sari was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and patient with us during this process - offering her advice, opinions, (inspector, lender, and lawyer) contacts and honorably gave us a generous rebate. My wife and both believe we would not have had the same success we did during this complicated process without her help.
